Our stay was wonderful!! We enjoyed every moment from relaxing on the rooftop balcony, swimming in the pools and walking at the beach! Our host, William, was kind, helpful and communicative. We are looking forward to returning next summer and staying here again!

Everything was good. The property next door has outdoor venue with music that rattles the front door and windows till 2 am. Hope it’s only a spring break thing.

Everything about this condo was great from watching the sunrises from the downstairs balcony to the sunsets on the upstairs, huge balcony to just enjoying being able to see and hear the beach. The host was very accommodating and easy to deal with.

This property is truly spectacular, especially the private rooftop patio! We sat and watched sunrise every day with the sounds of the waves and the birds. Well maintained and very nicely furnished property, comfy furniture and beds and well stocked kitchen. Even the towels are top quality, I took a picture of the tag so I can find them for my home. Fantastic host as well, you’ll fall in love with this place.

Family vacation

We have previously stayed at a hotel in SPI , this time I chose a condo and it was definitely worth it . Condo was well stocked with supplies . Owner was very friendly and helpful , we definitely would stay again.

The property was great and fit all our needs, and the rooftop balcony was amazing. We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier. The host was very responsive with all our needs and we had no issues. We will definitely book again the next time we are in town!

Stunning and breathtaking views of the Gulf and bay are understatements for this property. I took my gf here for her birthday and it was her first time on SPI. Needless to say, it will not be her last time. Property owner was very prompt and helpful with checking in/out and does an excellent job maintaining the property. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

The upper balcony and view is fantastic. They had everything we needed to enjoy our 7 day stay. The place is clean, beds are comfortable. The location was outstanding. Each morning I would walk to get coffee or breakfast. There is a walking liquor store and several restaurants in walking distance. They had all the things you would need for the beach, sand toys, chairs, umbrella. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for any family.

It was a great space for us. We are an older couple and our adult (26) son joined us for part. So having the extra bathrooms and bedroom was great. We loved the upper patio, both shade and sun areas available. The resort was pretty quiet, slightly busier on the weekend but stlll lots of space at pools and beach. It was a quiet community. Gated community to get into resort with guards constantly present, so felt very secure. Tons of food and bar opions very close both on the island and in Port Isabel (10min). Would definately stay again! There was some improvements happening while we were there , but were respectful of times and very communicative about what was happening. Did not affect us at all. Condo is well equipped, but to be honest i dont cook on vacation much, lol. Washer and dryer came in handy for beach wear. Cant say enough good things.

We were very comfortable and pleased with the penthouse, it had everything we needed, very clean and last and most important the VIEWS was incredible. Walking distance to coffee shops and great restaurants.
