Offrez-vous l'expérience d'une escapade exceptionnelle dans notre charmant condominium penthouse. Ce condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est situé au 12ème étage de Saida Towers III avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique et les beaux jardins de Saida. Le condo présente des comptoirs en granit et une belle décoration avec un charme de plage côtière. Les couchages peuvent accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king size, la chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen et le salon a un canapé-lit gigogne. Il y a un salon spacieux et ouvert pour profiter en famille ou entre amis tout en offrant le confort de la maison, du luxe et de l'élégance décontractée. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour les jours où vous préférez les repas. Profitez de la vue imprenable sans fin sur le golfe du Mexique depuis les principaux espaces de vie et la chambre principale. Il y a un très grand balcon avec des meubles de patio pour regarder le lever du soleil avec une tasse de café, et chaque soir se détendre en écoutant les vagues se briser au crépuscule du soir. Ceci est un condo SANS FUMÉE PAS D'ANIMAUX ADMIS

La propriété en bord de mer de Saida offre une vie luxueuse comme un complexe avec son propre accès à la plage privée aux vagues de l'océan. Saida possède trois belles piscines (deux chauffées pendant les mois d'hiver), trois bains à remous, quatre courts de tennis et un jeu de palets qui sont tous à la disposition de nos clients pour beaucoup de plaisir au soleil. Des chaises longues entourent également chaque piscine pour une détente complète pendant que vous vous allongez et écoutez les vagues de l'océan danser le long du littoral de la côte du golfe du Texas. Il y a deux snack-bars au bord de la piscine pour étancher votre soif et manger rapidement (disponible en saison). Saida Towers est une communauté fermée avec une entrée gardée et il est situé à distance de marche des restaurants, du parc aquatique Schlitterbahn et des commerces.

As advertised. Everything you need is here. A couple of small issues that were immediately attended to by Tim and Deb. Spring break has started so two things to note. A few of the owners do rent to College kids (HOA rules do not allow) and they can be loud at night.. The condo unit to the North has all night pool parties during Spring Break that tend to be loud. Long walks on the beaches, every restaurant we ate at were great most of them within walking distance. Don't pass on Maui Nic's restaurant. A Great Stay!!!

Great vacation

This was our first time to SPI and it did not disappoint. The condo and the property were awesome. Condo was clean and had everything you could possibly need and the grounds were amazing as well. Had a great time. Hope to visit again and would definitely stay at the same place.

This is our second time staying in this condo. We were happy to see that the owners have kept it up and continue to offer an outstanding place to stay. The condo is well stocked with essentials to get you started and even has the little extras for comfort. We are delighted with the area and the property is a perfect match for us.

Great stay!

We’ve stayed in Saida condos before and this one is in a really great location - we loved being on the 12th floor of building 3. Really great view. Condo was clean and comfortable and owner was very friendly and accessible. We ate all our meals in and the kitchen was nicely stocked for that. Pool and pool bar is nice. Great beach access. We’ll be back annually!

Top Notch

This is the best condo i have ever stayed in on the island and I have been coming here since 1987. Everything is extremely clean and everything works as it should. Beautifully decorated condo equipped with nice appliances, plenty of dishes and cookware. Excellent communication from hosts with expectations and suggestions. My family also stayed on the Saida property, so we were able to meet each other down at the pools and the beach. Best family vacation ever!

The condo was as advertised and then some. Tim and Deb thought of everything by stocking the place with the little extras. The had the necessities for the beach as well. My wife is already talking about coming back to SPI and this is where we want to stay next time too. Everything from the time we arrived until we left was as easy as you could ask for.

Great property, great location

This property has several things going for it. The location is great for family - just off the bridge and in a less busy area but still walkable to restaurants and shops. Pools and beaches are great. Room was very clean and well maintained with recent updates and adequate supplies to get you started and well stocked in the kitchen. We had a minor issue with the shower and the property manager quickly addressed it. The property manager also included some recommendations of restaurants and things to do all of which were great! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo with amazing ocean views

We highly recommen staying here. It was just what we needed. Condo has everything you need for the comforts of home. The view of the pool and ocean from the patio is amazing and the view of the bayside and bridge out the kitchen is also pretty great.

12th floor Saida Towers

Beautiful seaside view! The sunrises on the balcony were gorgeous! You can also enjoy looking down at the pool and tennis courts. The fact that you can see the sunset view out the front balcony was another treat to this condo. The condo was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay!! We will be back to this condo!

Wonderful Condo with Beautiful Views!

We loved our stay in the 12th floor condo. Clean, beautifully decorated, well-equipped and very close and convenient to local attractions. The property is so nice and secure. We loved the multiple pool areas. The balcony view is breathtaking! Tim & Deb were great to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this condo on your next visit to South Padre. Clean condo with views!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and inviting. Tim and Deb have thought of everything. From a Keurig to room darkening window coverings, it's all there. We snapped pictures of the ocean to the east and beautiful sunsets to the west. We will book it again next year!

South Padre getaway

Accommodations were spot on. Laundry is available on 11th floor but machines are dated. Left washing machine was only 1 that worked on warm setting. Lower dryer worked but very hot so check your load after 1/2 hour. Our balcony view was awesome and tennis courts and beach were fantastic. Great area to visit. We would return for another stay in the future.

Absolutely fabulous place to unwind!

Everything about this condo was above our expectations. The view is superb. The decor was exceptionally done. The beds were super comfortable. Everything function as needed. Within walking distant of a few great eating establishments. The 24 hour security was a stress relief when you drive a Jeep and leave the top open at times. The times we did reach out to the owners were answered very promptly. We could not have stayed at a more perfect place! Thank you Tim and Deb for allowing us to enjoy a slice of heaven!

Family vacation spi

The location of the vrbo was perfect and our condo had bogey boards, cooler abd a wagon for our use. Loved the sunrises abd sunsets. The master bedroom was uncomfortable as it was very firm. We didn’t realize the condo building didn’t have a washer and dryer but we were able to contact a local laundry service. Overall it was excellent!
