Spacieux 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, près des pistes

Cette maison a tout ce dont vous et votre famille avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, casseroles et casseroles, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, cuisinière à gaz / four. Des draps sont fournis. Il y a 2 lits queen et 2 lits jumeaux offrant une chambre pour 6 personnes. Nous fournissons un lecteur DVD, WiFi et TV basique (FOX, ABC, NBC, CBS et Comet). Il y a des observations quotidiennes de cerf et de dinde dans la cour arrière de ½ acre.

Pour les amateurs de motoneige, nous sommes à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons du sentier. Pour les skieurs, nous sommes à 25 minutes de Nubs Nob et Boyne Highlands.

À distance de marche se trouvent les restaurants, les tubings, le kayak, le canoë, la pêche, les sentiers pédestres et une aire de jeux pour enfants. Marchez vers Vivio’s et Michael's pour le dîner, vers le parc national et le lac Burt ou la rivière Sturgeon pour les sports nautiques. La Croix dans les bois est également dans un demi-mile.

L'allée est suffisamment longue pour garer votre bateau ou votre remorque de motoneige et votre véhicule tracteur tout en laissant de la place pour une deuxième voiture. La rampe d'accès est située dans le parc national de Burt Lake, à un peu plus d'un kilomètre et demi, et les pistes de motoneige sont à environ deux pâtés de maisons. Explorez la voie navigable intérieure où vous pouvez naviguer du lac Crooked au lac Burt, en remontant la rivière Indian jusqu'au lac Mullet et en remontant la rivière Cheboygan jusqu'au lac Huron.

Notre maison est située à un mille d'une épicerie à service complet et au village de Indian River pour faire du shopping, des fournitures de pêche, des magasins de fête et des restaurants / bars. Il y a de nombreux parcours de golf à proximité et nous sommes à 30 minutes de Gaylord (la Mecque de golf), Petoskey, Cheboygan et Mackinac City.

Les autres commodités comprennent un barbecue à gaz, une table de pique-nique et des jeux de société.

This location was great, easy on and off the highway. But not too near the highway. Making it easy to get to the Bridge, Cheboygan and Petoskey.

Great house, great location

Owners actually greeted my Son who checked in before we made it up North. Very friendly, very easy to work with. A block away from Vivio's (great restaurant), right down the road from the State Park, and a short drive to Petoskey and other attractions. Excellent spot.

Good location

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a big back yard. It is within walking distance to Cross in the Woods and Vivio’s. It has lots of parking and the garage is also available for parking or storage. The house is clean and roomy. Great location to everything up north!

Really good stay. Got to see a lot of wild turkeys a deer lots of chipmunks. Oven did not work. Would be nice to have mirrors in bedrooms.

Burt Lake

Perfect place to stay. We have trued many places o er tlast 10 years. Quick access to lake. Quick ride Mackinaw Island. Great tubing spot. Rent tube all day and take a break.

Family trip

We went up to Michigan for a family reunion, and this location was 2 minutes from where a large portion of the group was staying but provided much more space and accommodations for our smaller family unit. Lee and Bill were very communicative and helpful with a few small questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience for us!

Fishing, Burt and Mullet

The property was everything it was advertised as and much more.. we were very comfortable in the dwelling and the location is awesome!! You can’t get much closer to everything you need with the feeling of a wilderness adventure.. we had deer in the yard twice a day, turkeys, red headed woodpeckers.. just an abundance of wildlife.. we would book this home again in a heartbeat!!

Everything We Needed

The property was just as described plus more. I’ve never stayed in a place that thought of everything. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, even a curling iron. Spices, aluminum foil, ice, coffee, it was all there. Good communication with the owners via messages. Nice quiet area. Don’t hesitate to rent this home.

The house was spacious, clean and we'll stocked with amenities. The living area was very comfortable with a nice TV and access to the host's Youtube TV, which we have at home. Right off the main drag, Sturgeon St and convenient to restaurants, golf courses and stores. We particularly enjoyed the very large back yard which backs up to some woods. Deer visited on most days and the last 5 days a mama turkey brought her 13 babies to graze in the mornings. It was perfect for our golf/sightseeing trip. We encountered no problems and would rent again.

Not as expected

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. It has an ant problem too. It may require fumigation at some point. The location was very quiet, except the neighbors did not respect the quiet times.

Good location, plenty of room

This was our home base for a high school fishing tournament. Lots of room in the driveway for boats & trailers. The location was convenient access to both lakes, downtown, restaurants, launches, etc. Plenty of space for 6 guests. We did not use all the amenities, but kitchen is fully stocked, laundry was convenient, and even a firepit was on site.

Hôte : Lee and Bill

Lee and Bill live in Traverse City. Lee is a Northern Michigan native who grew up in Alpena. Bill is a native New Yorker who moved to Michigan in 1986. We are boaters and skiiers and Indian River offers proximity to both. We have spent a lot of time in our new place, fixing it up and making it ours. We hope to offer a wonderful vacation experience to our renters and use it ourselves when it's not rented.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Lee and Bill fell in love with the Indian River area after spending time there several summers ago. The Inland Waterway offers access to 4 gorgeous lakes with great swimming, boating, etc. In the winter we are only 25 minutes to our favorite ski resorts. We are only 25-30 minutes from Gaylord. Mackinaw City, and Cheyboygan, and 20 minutes to Petoskey.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home has the best of both worlds: wildlife in the backyard (deer, turkeys), and yet, walking distance to many amenities. If you are a snowmobiler, you will love this, only 2 blocks to the trails!
