Entrez en contact avec la nature tout en vous rendant au bord de la riviĂšre, un 2-BD, 1. 5 cabines rĂ©novĂ©es et dĂ©corĂ©es "ElĂ©gance rustique" pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes avec cour clĂŽturĂ©e, directement sur la cĂ©lĂšbre riviĂšre Indian avec 125 pieds de Façade, situĂ©e Ă  l’embouchure de Mullett et comprenant tous les meubles rustiques en bois rond Modoc avec canoĂ«, pĂ©dalo aquatique et deux kayaks avec pagaies et gilets de sauvetage Ă  utiliser pendant votre sĂ©jour (ou apportez votre propre bateau!) situĂ© Ă  votre quai privĂ© directement en face de Cottage sur la cĂ©lĂšbre voie navigable qui va du lac Huron au lac Pickeral !!! Passez l'aprĂšs-midi Ă  pĂȘcher la perche, le dorĂ© ou le bluegill ou promenez-vous en pĂ©dalo. RĂ©veillez-vous le matin pour voir les cygnes et les canards nager pendant que vous ĂȘtes encore au lit! De beaux couchers de soleil et l'observation des bateaux, la maison est en plein milieu d'une rĂ©serve naturelle! Vous verrez des huards, des cygnes, des loutres et des pygargues Ă  tĂȘte blanche tous les jours!

Cottage est vraiment une maison loin de la maison w / extras! Ville pour faire des courses trÚs proches. La cuisine est bien fournie en assaisonnements et tous les gadgets dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas et appareils ...... La cuisine a cuisiniÚre, réfrigérateur micro-ondes, aussi pleine grandeur laveuse et sécheuse aussi!

Cour clÎturée des deux cÎtés, au bord du fleuve ouvert en cage foyer et avant, la riviÚre a une plage de sable au large zone du quai. Dock peut accueillir un bateau jusqu'à 30 '+

Antenne parabolique dans le salon et la chambre principale et Internet Wi-Fi dans tout l'Ă©tablissement.

La maison dispose de la climatisation pour les chaudes journĂ©es d'Ă©tĂ© :-) A Ă©galement un ensemble patio, foyer, cour clĂŽturĂ©e, table de pique-nique et parasol au bord de la riviĂšre, barbecue au propane ainsi que de nombreux extras ... ce chalet est amĂ©nagĂ© comme un chez-soi maison avec commoditĂ©s Ă  gogo. Nice place to stay right on the river - peaceful and quiet! Internet works well, and the home is well equipped.Hot tub right on the deck overlooking the river is a nice touch.

Enjoyed a quick trip/stay at this cute little cabin. We were able to fish from the dock (and other local spots), relax in the hot tub, and enjoy the spectacular view of nature. Dorene & John had everything you would need there and more. We ate at the Wigwam (right down the road) which had excellent pizza. 10/10 recommend.

Lots of cobb webs and dust in most rooms. Unable to enjoy the deck or hot tube as the mosquitos were too bad even during the day. Steps to the cabin are very slanted and not very safe. Everything you need in the kitchen was provided. Everything worked as it should in the entire cabin. View was very nice from the deck.

Relaxing

Property was well kept, loved the access to the river and use of aqua cycle and kayaks. Hot tub was great after the aqua cycle. The whole family loved the weekend. Will stay again in the future.

Perfect Getaway with pets

Beautiful Setting

We had a great stay at The River’s Edge. Cabin was exactly as pictured and had everything needed to make our vacation awesome. Location was great, close to Mackinac City, Petoskey and Cheboygan. Enjoyed Indian River also as well as Burt Lake Brewery. We would stay there again!

Beautiful sunsets from the hot tub!

Cute place, clean, very well-equipped and comfortable. Very nice view/access to the river - we enjoyed some really beautiful sunsets from the hot tub! Loved the pet-friendly option as well - our vacations are so much more relaxing when we aren't worried about leaving our girl behind. :-)

A great place to stay

I stayed here for a golf weekend and was very impressed with the house. Everything was very clean and the hot tub was perfect after a day of golf. If it's a clear night, turn off all the lights and enjoy the stars. The renting process was easy and Dorene was great to work with. Highly recommend would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is directly on the Famous Inland Waterway which is Michigan's longest chain of rivers and lakes and this cottage is right at the heart of it! The Inland Waterway, which is more than 40 miles long, runs through Pickerel Lake, Crooked Lake, The Crooked River, Burt Lake, The Indian River, Mullett Lake, The Cheboygan River, and finally into Lake Huron. The Inland Waterway can handle boats up to 65 feet long (18 foot beam) with up to a 5 foot draft. There are 17 species of fish inhabit the waterway whether ice fishing for walleye, spring steelhead, summer perch, trout, bass, or down rigging for salmon in the Great Lakes, this area has it all.

For fun by land, enjoy the North Central State Trail, a beautiful 62 mile hiking, biking and snowmobiling trail, which passes through Indian River as it connects Gaylord to Mackinaw City. Up for 4-wheeling, Motorcycling or Snowmobiling; check out Tomahawk Trails which provides miles of scenic wilderness. Hunt, fish and play in 180,000+ acres of State Land including the Mackinaw State Forest & lovely Pigeon River Country State Forest, home to Michigan's only free ranging Elk Herd, the largest herd east of the Mississippi. Visit the world's tallest wooden Crucifix at Cross in the Woods.
