Vine Cottage - Dans un village paisible, près de la fabuleuse côte nord de Norfolk.

Il vaut toujours la peine de m'envoyer une demande si vos dates préférées semblent complètes - le tableau de disponibilité peut être incorrect, veuillez donc vérifier avec nous.

Tous nos chalets sont décorés avec goût, de caractère, entièrement équipés et disposent d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite - un vrai chez-soi! Tous les chalets sont chauffés centralement et un, Cherry Tree a un poêle à bois dans le salon si vous aimez faire des feux les soirs d'hiver! Le village de Great Snoring est à seulement 6 miles de la fabuleuse côte nord de Norfolk à Wells-next-the-Sea et Holkham. Des endroits comme Royal Sandringham, Burnham Market, Holt, Blakeney, Brancaster, Sheringham et Cromer sont tous facilement accessibles. Nous acceptons également les chiens (les chiens doivent être âgés de plus d'un an), tous les cottages ont des jardins clos, donc chacun d'entre eux convient aux chiens et il y a un joli sentier juste au coin de la rue. Et bien sûr, nous avons également de belles plages acceptant les chiens à proximité, dont beaucoup acceptent également les chiens pendant les mois d'été !! Nous avons beaucoup de superbes terrains de golf disséminés sur la côte de Norfolk, de fantastiques promenades (intérieures et côtières), de la pêche, de l'observation des oiseaux, d'un hippodrome, de fabuleuses possibilités de shopping et de superbes restaurants!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely central location for all seaside towns. The cottage was comfortable and plenty of room for 2 adults and one dog, we thoroughly enjoyed our week at vine cottage and would certainly visit again.

Lovely cosy property in a very pretty village. Great location near to beautiful beaches and nature reserves. Dogs had a great time as well and the enclosed garden was perfect for them. Charming rural retreat with good facilities

We had a lovely time at Vine Cottage. The listed cottage is pretty and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the private garden is an asset, especially for dogs. The communal parking area is well organised with picnic benches and a washing line. Karen is an excellent host who goes out of her way to make sure her guests are happy.

Visit to Norfolk. Vine cottage was absolutely stunning, immaculate, quality furnishings with personal touches to make it feel like home. Quiet with parking. A lovely stay

A delightful cottage. The host welcomed us with fresh flowers, wine, biscuits and treats for the dogs which was very much appreciated. The cottage was well presented and Karen had gone to a great deal of trouble to supply us with local information, things to do, where to go, all the dog friendly beaches and walks. She was on hand should any problem arise and was extremely helpful making sure we were settled in. If planning a visit to Norfolk I'd highly recommend a stay here. It was lovely.

LOVELY COTTAGE

Lovely cottage with all the equipment we needed and a very comfortable bed. Own parking space. Nice conservatory which is a bonus to watch the evening sun when the day is chilly. Within easy reach of the north Norfolk coast and all at a very reasonable price with a discount for booking a whole week. Hope to be back.

Beautiful cottage, cosy and quaint set in a quiet village with lots to do in surroundings areas. Lovely welcome gifts for host-nice touch. Only downside is the shower/bath - very hard to have either. If this was sorted it would be great.

Family run dog friendly holiday cottages – hoping you’ll love Norfolk as much as we do.

After many years of long hours and commuting, we made a life changing decision that it was time to do something different and hopefully “buy some time” in our later years.

Karen was born in Hampshire and grew up in Africa before returning to the UK settling in Hertfordshire. Karen’s parents had 3 daughters and had a holiday home in Norfolk, a place where she spent many happy holiday years.

Andrew grew up in East London, trained as a Surveyor and spent over 30 years in Construction and Development, his family holidays were a mixture of camping and boating on the Norfolk Broads.

The pull to Norfolk for both of us was a natural next step with this being our first holiday let venture together.

We instantly fell in love with Great Snoring and the charm and character of Clevency Cottages and purchased all three cottages in December 2019. We both love being outdoors and long walks along the coastline and countryside and where better to do this but on the beautiful Norfolk coastline, enjoying the award winning beaches, many of them dog friendly, remarkable nature, the space, big skies, and experiencing the wonderful local people and produce.

Extensive preservation and restoration works have now been completed and we are thoroughly pleased with the end results.

Home from home in a wonderful quiet setting, right on top of everything that north Norfolk can offer. Everything is all within 15/20 mins drive away. The cottage is quirky and very cosy and we are dog friendly too. North Norfolk love their dogs and most pubs, restaurants and shop welcome them too.
