The Cottage was excellent in every way. It was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance for the beach and the town shops. We had breakfast every day at two or three different eateries and couldn't fault them, really tasty. We recommend this cottage wholeheartedly

Highly recommended, very cosy, central to everything and we didn’t need to use the car. The cottage contained everything we needed including lots of local information. Beds were comfortable and the onsite parking was an added bonus. Many thanks John & Jane

This is a cosy tranquil space. Ideal location and extremely well equipped. A lovely caring host who was easy to contact when needed and gave all the information and help required. A lovely cottage abd a lovely owner, what more could you want.

The location was perfect for us! Everything we needed to explore Sheringham and the surrounding areas. Great having a parking space too. The cottage had everything we needed and it was great to having a freezer as well as a fridge. Beds were comfy and we slept well. Internet connection was very good and loved the selection of books. Good value for money.

Had another lovely stay in Jane's cottage .Check-in was no problem as we've stayed here before. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week, no problems with Wi-Fi or anything else. Thanks Jane, hopefully we will be back.

Lovely cosy cottage

We had a lovely weekend in Sheringham staying here. Perfectly located, parking is a bonus. The bedrooms are very spacious, beds extremely comfortable, and kitchen space perfect for a short break. Highly recommend Jane and this cottage.

Old school house cottage

Ideal holiday home, very clean with everything you need for a weeks stay, good internet, very close to the beach and shops and just a few minutes walk to bus stops, bus service good. private off road parking very enjoyable stay.
