DESCRIPTIF de la villa Tiahura :

Cette villa de 100m2 est idéalement située à Moorea en bord de lagon, entre l'hÎtel Intercontinental et la plage des Tipaniers dans la commune de Hauru à Moorea.

Dans une résidence trÚs calme, cette villa est positionnée au centre d'un terrain verdoyant de + de 1700 m2 entiÚrement privé.
Elle est composée de : 2 chambres climatisées équipées chacune d'un lit en 160x200 cm ( queen size).
La villa dispose également de 2 salles de bain, un wc séparé, une cuisine équipée, un salon confortable , internet gratuit, un lit d'appoint dans le salon, une belle terrasse, des kayaks, un barbecue à charbon, des bain de soleil....et bien d'autre encore.

Partie principale :
Chambre n°1, Climatisée face au lagon, composée d'un lit double en 160x200 cm.( queen size)
Une salle de bain avec douche, lavabo, wc.
un WC Séparé
Un salon avec un canapé convertible en lit pour 2 enfants ou un adulte (120x180cm), d'une table avec 4 chaises, d'une TV, et du WIFI gratuit.
Une cuisine ouverte et équipée : four, frigo, machine a café filtre et Nespresso, bouilloire, machine à laver, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselles, lave linge.

Chambre n°2, (accÚs indépendant par la terrasse avec clé)
Climatisée, face au lagon. Elle est com posée d'un lit double en 160x200cm ( queen size), d'une salle de bain avec lavabo et douche. ( Attention pas de WC)

ExtĂšrieur :
une grande terrasse équipée d'un salon en en bambou, d'une belle table pour 6 personnes, des bain de soleil avec un parasol, face au magnifique lagon de Moorea.

Dans le Jardin : 4 transats, un Salon de jardin, un barbecue Ă  charbon ( charbon non fourni), des Kayaks .

Comme d'habitude vous y retrouverez une literie de grande qualité (Boutique HÎtel), ainsi que les draps et serviettes de bain. Vous pourrez trÚs facilement prendre kayak ou paddle et pagayer environ 200m pour vous retrouver au milieu du somptueux spot de raies et requins!

La RĂ©sidence Village TIAHURA est un endroit calme et nous souhaitons qu'il le reste.
Toutes nuisances sonores ou fĂȘtes, ne seront pas les bienvenues.

Un endroit de rĂȘve

La villa polynésienne est trÚs confortable, les pieds dans l'eau devant le spot des raies et des requins, accessible facilement avec les canoës mis à disposition. Située dans un quartier résidentiel avec toutes les commodités. Emplacement idéal sur l'ßle pour pouvoir faire des visites. Anaïs et Clément sont trÚs pros.

Typical French Polynesian Home

This house is a typical French Polynesian house that has A/C in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is outside of the main area with no bathroom, but has a shower in it.Both bathrooms are located in the main living area, which is workable but inconvenient for the second bedroom guests.Beautiful location with a view of the lagoon and ocean from the bedrooms, living area, and backyard/decks.The 4 kayaks were an added pleasure. The water is so clear it was fun to explore.The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils, pans and dishes. There were two brooms which came in handy sweeping the floors everyday.The windows need some maintenance but were able to open and close with a little difficulty. They installed security lights that are on 24/7. No way to turn off and one reflected brightly in to the bedroom outside of the main living area. The toilet seats need to be replaced. One side was not attached and made it interesting when it was time to wipe. No toilet paper holders.The land crabs are all over property and under the house. Noisy at night. But that is common all over French Polynesia.We had no security issues during our stay. We followed the recommendations of the host.I would definitely rent this place again. Yes it needed some maintenance, but over all a nice place. Can’t beat the location and access to the water. You won’t regret staying here.

Super emplacement

La villa est merveilleusement située, sur la lagon face au spot des raies et requins (le lagon peu profond nous a permis d'y aller à pied, puis le reste du trajet en snorkeling). La proximité de la superette est trÚs pratique. La villa est spacieuse est bien équipée. La communication avec Anaïs et Vincent est facile, ils répondent rapidement, sont sympathiques et vous accueillent avec bonne humeur. Merci

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Villa ist komplett mit Allem ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr schnell, zugewandt, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub.

Beachfront Moorea

The location is the reason to book this property. Located beachfront on the north shore you have a great ocean view from a fantastic backyard with combination of grass and trees to offer shading, plenty of lounge seating for sun or shade. Those who want to relax and enjoy will love it (my wife and sister). Those who are outdoorsy will love it (me and my brother in law) as there are four kayaks available to cruise the waters with sharks and stingrays nearby and with a little more effort a great snorkeling spot on the west side of the coco beach island. The home is in good condition though is dated. The second bedroom is only accessed from the outside which was fine for us (we were all adults) but may not be great with families with small kids. We enjoyed our stay.

Endroit paisible et vue incroyable

La maison est au bord du lagon avec accÚs direct, les raies et requins sont accessible juste en face en kayak. La vue, les espaces de détente, le trÚs grand terrain, la supérette à 300 m avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Rien à dire c était le top !

Tihura Treasure

This place was perfect for my ‘ohana and I to relax and explore! There are putas in the yard from beach crabs so you just have to be careful, however we enjoyed catching a few at night with the kids! Also, there is a cute neighborhood cat who think she owns the house lol. We did our best to keep her out but we had a big family and it’s hot in the living room/kitchen area (no AC in that area) we had to keep the doors and windows open for breeze and the cat kept running in and out. We had to keep chasing it out which was not fun and not the host’s problem. We ended up closing the glass sliding doors but it was hot. There are a couple of fans but still too hot for closed doors if we are trying to keep the cat out. Just a heads up, there is no dryer. We swam a lot and it happened to be raining the 2 days we stayed so we tried to air dry our clothes on the back porch. This was not a problem for us, but it would be nice to have a dryer for rainy days. We made sure to lock up everything if we left the house and used the safe for valuables. The most important thing is that we were able to create memories and have a beautiful, clean place to stay where we could bring my elderly father and our kids to enjoy this first and last trip together of his ku’u fānau (birthplace). I will forever cherish this one of a kind, rustic, Tiahura hale where I felt peace and at home. My family really enjoyed themselves and we were all comfortable. I would definitely return again.

Beyond Amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay here! Jumping in the kayaks in the early morning, or to watch a sunset was awesome! We went out at least once a day the entire trip. The islands were so fun to snorkel around. Anais made everything simple and pleasant. We loved sitting out to watch the stars most nights. The location of the property was everything! 6 stars!!

Great place in paradise

We were fortunate to stay are this home for 5 days in March. The home is nice and you can't beat the location. A few downsides: 1) the second bedroom is only accessible via the outdoor porch (there are locks in all sliding doors but this didn't work well for us with a young child); 2) while the bedrooms are air conditioned, the remainder of the house, when the sea breeze is coming in, it's pleasant but during the warm rainy season, it got to be hot; 3) the directions were not good, making it difficult to find (homes in Mo'orea do not have addresses)- thankfully, Anais was great and she drove to us to help us find our way. But all of that said, this place was amazing! The yard is nice and we lounged in the shade when not in the ocean. The ocean in front of the place has a very nice sandy bottom (with plenty of sea cucumbers) and thanks to the offshore reef, it was always calm. Tons of fish everywhere. There is a decent current but it made swimming fun. It wasn't too much for our 10 year old. We used kayaks provided to padel out and see lots of rays and sharks. It's an easy paddle to where commercial boats take guests. The mosquitos weren't bad but you definitely will find them in the house, without screens. There is a well stocked store within easy waking distance (they even have vegan food - tofu, chickun patties, etc) making it easy to just stay at this gem and enjoy the island life. I will definitely return to the same house on our next trip.

Follow Safety Protocols

Let me start by stating the owner was awesome, responsive and incredibly helpful . This property is amazing. Please follow the safety protocols that the owners explain during the walk thru and also include in the house manual. During our stay we were burglarized on our second night while we were sleeping between 11 PM to 2 AM. I woke up to use the bathroom and noticed that the sliding door was left open and that my purse and backpack were left on the deck The thieves took $2,500 US dollars and other personal items. What is really disturbing is our son was asleep on the sofa bed which is a few feet from where I had left my purse and my husband's backpack. Also, very creepy is that they put a chair under the window so they could look inside the house. The police and owner were notified and immediately came to the house. We also filed a disposition at the police station. So, the lesson we learned is we made a mistake by NOT locking the sliding door. Although we were disheartened by this loss we did not allow this to ruin our vacation. The location of the house is breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises, sunsets and natural wildlife.

Fantastic place to stay with a great hostess!

Loved being right on the water and within walking distance of a market and a very short drive (or nice walk) to places to eat. Have nothing bad to say about the property! Only struggle was only being able to reach the hostess through whatsapp, but she was always helpful and fantastic. If I'm ever back to Moorea, I won't hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect Getaway!

The house was conveniently located but still just off the beaten path. Extremely loved the fact that I could walk out my back door and be in the water. The kayaks were nice to have and made for an amazing sunrise paddle around the bay.
