Darling cottage in the Sunset Beach complex just a short walk from the beach. Excellent location! We walked to several nice restaurants and there is a great food truck and coffee shop across the street. Wonderful snorkeling at the beach and the hot spot with rays and reef sharks is swimmable or very easy with the provided kayaks. Caroline is delightful and very easy to communicate with! Highly recommend if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for the over water bungalows.

Nothing short of WOW! Caroline is such a lovely, kind host who made us feel at home right from the start. The space is sparkling clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful shaded garden patio for dining and relaxation, clothes washer, and drying lines in the yard, super comfortable and firm beds, and our favorite: 4 kayaks for self-guided trips to the Coral Gardens & sand bar with friendly black tip reef sharks and rays. Loved how peaceful the neighborhood is, as well as the short walk to a beautiful beach with walk in access to beautiful snorkeling sites. Caroline lives next door, so if there’s anything you need, she’s right there (after work hours), and with tons of warmth & care.

Caroline's house was absolutely perfect for me and my two children to enjoy all the beauty of Mo'orea. We loved the location by the beach and restaurants. It was charming with a lovely covered lanai, and well appointed. We had everything we needed to relax with ease on our holiday.

The property was clean and quiet and was perfectly located just a short walk to the beach. Caroline was an excellent host with great communication throughout our stay and perfect recommendations to give us the best experience possible. We loved taking the kayak out on the water to snorkel and found some excellent restaurants. Ke'iki was our favorite with live entertainment and a local vibe with delicious food reservations are a must. We went to the local market so we could make our own breakfast and ease into the day. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Caroline for a wonderful time.

Beautiful Moorea accommodation

Very well equipped and Beautiful accommodation within an easy walk to the sandy beach. We especially enjoyed our morning kayak in the lagoon.

We had a wonderful time at this spacious cottage, 5-minute walk from the beach. Great restaurant recommendations and kayaking was spectacular!

Caroline was an excellent host with great communication and support! The property was immaculate and fulfilled our every need. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the kayaks and snorkeling off Tipaniers. Highly recommend this place!

This spot is a hiden gem. Caroline was such a great host and provided so much helpful information for us to enjoy Moorea!!! The house is spacious and very well stocked with everything you need! The location is wonderful to access water sports and local restaurants. We’re were only there for a few days and it was toooo short!

The host was great pre, during and after the trip. Very attentive and can help arrange a rental car and taxi rides. I suggest using their service as they make it easy and a good price. The house was nice and had everything you need. Very clean house and a wonderful covered patio with a grill. The location is great with a short 2 minute walk to a nice beach with few people. The snorkeling is great at the reef at the beach and there is a dive shop there. I would recommend this place.

Fantastic bungalow near the beach. Very spacious. Communication with our host was great. Very clean, pictures of property are accurate. Kitchen is well equipped. As a chef, I appreciated the facilities.Amazing outdoor deck. We spent more time on the deck than inside, just so we could enjoy the natural Tahitian atmosphere.We used the kayaks, easy access to the beach. The lagoon is so nice, warm, so many shades of blue.It’s easy to kayak to the Motus or out to snorkel with rays.Lots of shops nearby. 100% recommend this property!

Fantastic location and rental!

Being able to walk out the door and to a beautiful beach with snorkeling was ideal for us. The use of the kayaks was another huge perk! The lodging was perfect and we loved the beautiful veranda. We could not have asked for a better experience and we would love to come back.

Fantastic Stay at Beautiful Liitle House

Wonderful to come back for a second stay at this wonderful little house at the most remarkable beach. Swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking is fantastic from this location. Caroline is a lovely host. from tuis location.

This was our second stay at the place. Naturally, we love the area, the house, and what they have to offer. Highlights: kitchen and large patio for peaceful dinners. Availability of various sport equipment, including the kayaks. We hope to be back!
