Profitez d'une spacieuse maison de ville de 3 chambres, �� quelques minutes à pied de la plage. 33 Tanglewood a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter d'un séjour tranquille à Hilton Head. Le 1er étage de la maison de ville dispose d'un grand espace de vie avec cuisine ouverte et coin repas. Il y a aussi une chambre à coucher queen avec accès au patio et une salle de bain au 1er étage. Le 2ème étage a une autre chambre d'hôtes avec 2 lits jumeaux et la chambre principale. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec balcon privé, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bains. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied de la maison de ville, ainsi que Coligny Plaza et le parc de la plage de Coligny. Séjour minimum seulement 2 nuits, à tout moment de l'année.

Great property

Great location, kitchen was small and needs things like measuring cups, cookie sheet and larger pots and pans to accommodate 8 people. Loves all the extras for the beach. Would stay here again!

Condo was older and needs some updating and a few small repairs. Loved the fact that the pool was basically at our back door, only drawback was beach access. We are accustomed to private beach access in condos we have rented in the past and didn’t like having to use the much more crowded public access. Overall was an enjoyable stay though.

Would stay again with a few adjustments

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Unit wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. Outside patio could use some upkeep. Patio didn’t drain water well. Upstairs bathtub didn’t drain well. Found a few items left from previous renters which you would think would be removed before new renters come in. Distance to beach was a little further than we initially thought via the listing and it was overly packed! Area was very populated, long waits, and restaurants stop cooking very early in the night. Overall the stay wasn’t bad, with a few adjustments we may possibly stay again.

Good location

First of all, major confusion on payment. I thought I was paying VRBO, last minute I was told, I am paying management of property. Good location, shuttles great. Property overgrown. Couldn't make it to pool without dunking. Hot tub did not work. Arrived Saturday, pool didn't work until Tuesday. Management company good to work with. Perplexed because a good location, nice condo, but the plants over grown, what a shame, because, this could have been better. Simple fixes could have made this a 5 star. Condo clean. Straight to property, code worked great. Layout great. You can't list amenities that are not available, major disappointment. With all that being said, area, fantastic. Super layout, good use of space.

Andie - Thank you for your honest review. As for the VRBO confusion - this is how we advertise our properties. We are able to reach a wider audience and then assist them for the remainder of their stay, including payment. The hot tub was not on the listing, and unfortunately the owner chose to not repair. The hot tub has since been removed. Thank you for letting us know about the pool/plants both of which we have contacted the regime for. Good House with Potential to be Great!

This was a nice house to stay in and the location is Excellent! The property manager is excellent as well! This house just needs a little love. Walls and vents need to be cleaned. There were smudges and fingerprints on most of the walls. There is one huge vent you pass on the way up the stairs that needs to be either replaced or deep cleaned. My opinion is that the furniture maybe a little to big for the space but that’s by no means a deal breaker, just something that could help with the esthetics. There is one huge window in the front of the house that is only 1/4 covered. You can see right in at night, and you need to be cognizant of what you have on in the hallway especially if the lights are on. Other than that this was a nice property that has the potential to be GREAT! We wouldn’t mind staying again we’d just ask that these things be confirmed before check in.

Old and dark, good location

Perks: this place was close to Coligny, walking distance to the new playground and some restaurants. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but it’s doable. The condo provided beach towels, which was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy. Cons: there is no overhead lighting downstairs and leaves the downstairs dark and depressing. The back glass door is hardly on the track and feels like it is going to shake and fall off every time you try to open or close it. The back patio hasn’t been touched in what looks like years and is need of a weeding and cleaning. The tub upstairs (the only tub) does not drain well and made it difficult to bathe small children. The photos make the downstairs look a LOT bigger than it is, which you can take with a grain of salt because most listings do this. The internet was iffy and we could not use the roku downstairs to watch Netflix because it would buffer every few minutes. Overall the place was decent and we made some good memories with our family, but I would probably not stay here again.

Partially working AC/ cheap $10 Box fans

We vacationed for a week on Hilton Head Island. I assume that Beachside Getaway partnered with VRBO to market this property. I have used Vrbo for our family vacations many years past and this was the worst property selection by far. To begin with, the AC never got cool enough upstairs. We contacted the office and they had Bret to come out quickly, only to be told, that was the best the Unit would do. There was a note left that asked that we not put the unit below 70 degrees or the AC unit would freeze. Included in the note was a treat to charge us if it froze. This tells me that they knew the AC wasn't working correctly, and with that being the case, why didn't they fix it. Also if they weren't going to fix it, why didn't they include this information in the VRBO description? Knowing this we would have chosen a more suitable property. The owners had the audacity to provide a several Cheap, 10.00 box fans. (again proving that they knew the condition of the AC) Yet no discount was offered. The first night the upstairs was unbearable. Even with the fans. The fans were on the whole time we were there, if someone was upstairs. Box fans instead of repairing the ac. (Really?) This is unacceptable. We paid way to much money to not be comfortable. The WIFI was inconsistent and buffered quite a bit. This made it hard to stream movies. In addition, the condo itself needed updating along with the furniture, appliances and the cookware. I won't say that Our trip was awful as Hilton Head is our favorite SC destinations however our stay selection was drastically below our VRBO expectations. We won't choose this unit again.

Clean and plenty of space

The beds were very comfortable which I think is important. The furniture was cleaned before we arrived which makes you feel better about sitting on it. Plenty of towels and storage space. Beach towels were nice. We usually stay in Sea Pines, Coligny is a much busier area than what we prefer. Beaches were packed. The kitchen isnt the greatest if you like to cook. Overall we had a great week on a last minute planned trip.

Nice Location and Layout/Very Dirty

The location of this property is great! It also had a good community space and very nice residence. However... It was VERY dirty and needed maintenance. There was sand throughout the kitchen, clumped hair beside the nightstand in the downstairs bedroom, fingernail clippings and dust bunnies beside nightstand in one of the upstairs bedrooms, the fan in the living room looked like it had not been dusted in a VERY long time (along with all the vents and top of the fridge), the dishwasher smelled, the hot water didn’t work on the washer, The hot water did not work if the cold water was turned on with it at all (in any sink), the upstairs bathroom sinks were clogged, the upstairs shower curtain only had 3 hooks holding it up, the back sliding door was very hard to use. We reached out to management. They came to fix the clogged sink but didn’t return to fix the hot water. This property has the potential to be 5 Star... Just needs a good scrub and some maintenance. I cleaned a lot while we were there..

Hilton Head Beach Trip 2019

Overall, it was a great experience. The only few problems we had was that the laundry machine did not work. I advised guest services of this. Hopefully it was fixed. The other was the air temperature was supposed to be kept at a certain degree and the kids were a little warm sleeping upstairs.

Not the Hilton but comfortable enough for the price.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was two families one with children the other without. We had a hiccup when we arrived because it was not clear anywhere we had to check in at an off site building. The code we were given on the App for the home was not correct and we could not get in without a phone call to the property manager. We learned at that time that a Brand new tv was being installed and it happened to be the exact time we arrived. Minor hiccup, easy fix. Once we got in the place felt bigger once we were settled. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach and restaurants from the house. The owners have a closet full of beach equipment...chairs, toys, wagon, umbrellas... the guest bed downstairs is not the most comfortable thing to sleep on. The mattress has plastic still on it so it crinkles every time you move and the sheets pop off. I didn't sleep upstairs but I heard no complaints from the family that did other than the tub was not cleaned out from the previous stay. Like I said in my summary, this is not the Hilton but it is cheaper. you don't to worry about multiple families running from room to room in a hotel, and everything is walking distance. We didn't go for luxury, we went for the beach and this was a great place for what we needed during our Trip to Hilton Head.
