About the Property:
You will be able to access all amenities at Hilton Head Resort. Some amenities are only available seasonally.

Building 1: Outdoor pool, deli, beach shop
Building 2: Sundeck, pickleball court, bike rental shop
Building 3: Indoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, restrooms
Building 4: Four tennis/pickleball courts at the center of the building, two tennis/pickleball courts on the back side of the building

Enjoy all of the wildlife in the marsh and ponds. Birds, turtles and alligators are frequently in the ponds by the resort. While alligators are neat to see, for your safety, please do not feed them or get close to them.

Please note, a starter pack of toiletries and soaps are available. Additional supplies may be needed, especially for longer stays. For stays longer than 3 weeks, additional mid-stay cleaning fees will be required.

House Rules to Be Aware of:
Nothing hanging over the rails on the balcony.

No electric vehicles are allowed to be plugged in at the resort. Charging stations are available at various locations on the island.

No trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo are permitted on-site.

No open flames in the unit.

No fireworks allowed on site.

No pets or animals permitted on the property. $100 fine per day plus additional $150 cleaning fee.

Cleaning fee for excessive messes and trash left behind.

Quiet Hours for the resort are 11pm-7am.

Violations of these rules will result in a minimum of $50 fine for processing in addition to the resort fines for the specific violation.
