Everything was perfect... great location in Hilton Head, short walk to the beach, lots of tennis and pickleball courts, and many other amenities like a park, laundry, and workout room. We would definitely consider returning and staying at this rental again! Thank you!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

My family of six thoroughly w joyed our stay. The host provided excellent communication prior to and during our stay. The kids loved having the beach boogie boards and we were grateful for the beach chairs. This was the most clean and organized rental we have stayed at. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great beach vacation!

The condo is just as described. Very clean and cozy, with lots of beach chairs, sand toys, and bodyboards. A 5min walk to the pool and beach. We loved our stay!

Mother/Daughter relaxing

After a week of travelling to visit colleges, this was the perfect way to relax before heading home. The villa was so close to the beach and pool, and tons of shopping and restaurants are nearby.

Convenient location with easy check in/out

Great vacation to Hilton Head Island. Weather was a little cooler this time of year but we appreciated fewer crowds. Villa was clean and just like the pictures. Kristen made communication very easy. Loved the guidebook!

Great location, enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. The unit was very clean and everything you needed was there; even down to the sand chairs and unbrellas!We took my son and his fiance down for his 34th birthday.

Great family vacation

The owners were great with communication and made everything so easy! Very responsive. We loved the closet they provided with all the beach equipment and the beach was just a short walk from the condo. We would definitely rent this place again!

Great Villa! Convenient location! Villa had everything you would need from sand toys, to kitchen supplies, hooks to dry wet swimsuits/towels, night lights. You can hop on the trolley to take you to different shops or restaurants! It was nice to have a couple of restaurants right on site too! it was only a couple minute walk to the beach! The pool was great also!

Family Spring break getaway

Really lovely getaway, perfectly located home with plenty of amenities & supplies. We usually bring our beach equipment but didn’t have to which was a plus for us. My family and I really enjoy our time here. Definitely recommend. Thanks Kristen your place and communication was perfect.

Everything was so nice and family friendly. We felt like we were at home Everything was so clean and comfortable. I love the convenience of everything we had restaurants and activities within walking distance Also, we were literally right on the beach plus a pool will definitely be booking again.

Awesome Condo

Not sure whether the ultra accommodating owner was the best part, or the beautiful condo. Plenty of beds, a gazillion fresh white towels, great layout, a fully stocked kitchen, and all around fresh and new feeling. Definitely hope that we get to come back.

Family Friendly Condo

My husband and I recently stayed with my 5-year-old son and my mother-in-law. The unit was comfortably furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the short walk to the beach and less than 20 minute drive to anywhere on the island. My son loved the beach toys, bunk bed and the playground. We would definitely come back here the next time we come to Hilton Head Island!

Wonderful and relaxing!

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing time at the Villa. Kristen's organization skills are demonstrated in all areas. The kitchen and drawers are all labelled perfectly so you do not even need to guess where items are located. The family friendly books, games, and DVDs are all outstanding. There is a wide variety of beach toys for any age and plenty of beach chairs with an easy hand cart/wagon to carry it all to the beach. When we had a question and needed to communicate with Kristen, she always responded super quickly (within a minute or two). Amazing response rate from our initial contact starting with the booking and continued throughout our entire stay. Both my husband and I would highly recommend staying here for a family with kids or just a couple for a relaxing and wonderful time away. Thank you Kristen and Dave for a wonderful time at your Villa!
