We enjoyed the location of the apartment. It was very walkable to all the sites of Florence. Our host was quick to respond and quite helpful. The second room is a pullout couch in the living space, but worked well for two of us. We would stay again.

The apartment was as described in the listing and we enjoyed our 5 night stay there. The location is close to multiple bridges across the Arno River to city center where most of the attractions are. Communication with our host over WhatsApp was smooth and our questions were promptly answered and our request to ease the drainage of the shower was addressed almost within an hour.

Great place with amazing host- so responsive, helpful and kind. Just note- it lists 2 bedrooms but 1 is a sitting area with no bed. Couch in living area pulls out to bed. Very clean with everything you need. 20 min walk to the action. Local area very nice with little restaurants. Definitely recommend if you want to be in a quieter area but close to the action. Bus stop steps away from apartment.

Clean and well planned apartment

A clean and very well planned apartment with restaurants and supermarket nearby, perfect for a couple spending a few days in Florence. Walking distance to the old town and most of the important sights. The host Nicola was very nice and helpful.

The Doors of San Frediano

The apartment was lovely and well suited to sleep 3-4 people in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants & just a 20 min walk to Ponte Vecchio, Santa Maria Novella, The Duomo.

A very nice apartment near the center of Florenz

I had a wonderful time in Florenz and Nicola’s Apartment. It is modern, cosy and functional. Nicola is a great host, he answers in short time, helps you if you need help. I will return to Florence and to this apartment for sure. Thank you dear Nicola, it was a pleasure!

Stayed 4 nights in October.

Nice apartment. Good location with walking distance to everything. The apartment lacked kitchen things like, salt/pepper, hand towel, no coffee filters/ tea. A few more comforts would be nice for the price. Also, if you're a large person you will never fit in the small shower opening. Host was quick to answer and had lots of helpful suggestions for the area.

Dear Darren,thank u for your kind suggestions,I will surely add salt/pepper,oil/vinegar and coffee/tea filters from now on - but let me clear that these items were not included in the kitchen equipment that I clearly mention on my listing, meaning that the house is equipped with all is mentioned, nothing missing. But I agree that we can always improve and I thank u for the suggestion. Since u expected something from me,let me kindly remark that I expected that u left in the house the money for the city taxes,money that u did not have at the moment of the check in,and that u promised to leave at the moment of the check out,but u did not…next time please remind it,so that I dont have to call Vrbo service,asking them to contact you.

Terrible experience ! Julian is TERRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND ARROGANT,THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD SINCE I’VE BEEN ON VRBO. Julian left the house in disastrous conditions and during his stay he overflowed me with continuous demands and arguments, even calling me during the night to ask for a toilet paper roll. He pretends to receive 24h/day assistance, he doesn’t understand - or pretend not to understand - that the host is not a slave available during the night for your moods. He doesnt know the basic rule of education : ABSOLUTELY NON RECOMMENDED.
