Situé à quelques minutes de la cathédrale et les plus beaux monuments de la ville

Ce petit studio confortable pour deux personnes est situé sur la même rue du David de Michel-Ange. Ce est à quelques minutes à pied des chefs-d'œuvre du Moyen Age et de la Renaissance de la zone du centre-ville: la cathédrale avec de Dôme de Brunelleschi, le Palazzo Vecchio et Loggia dei Lanzi dans la Piazza della Signoria, Palais Uffizi qui abrite l'un des musées les plus importants dans le monde, le churche de San Lorenzo. Il ya très peu d'endroits dans le monde où tant de chefs-d'œuvre et les beautés de la nature sont rassemblés. Le studio est lumineux et calme et il est au 4ème étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur et portier. La façade du bâtiment maintient son aspect antique. L'appartement dispose de chauffage individuel, air conditionné, maison de visiophone, TV satellite et de la porte d'entrée blindée. Il a une salle de la salle, d'une kitchenette avec plaques électriques, d'une salle de bains avec douche et un petit cellier. Le sol est un parquet en bois d'olive. Le lit est double confortable et ses dimensions sont de 165 x 190 cm.

The property was located centrally. We were able to walk to train in 10 minutes or so. The tram to visit Cascine Market was in front of train station. The apartment was efficient and light with windows that opened to see street below. My husband is tall and could cook from bed without getting up. We had a enjoyable stay and the elevator was a plus.

Enzo and Silvia were very kind and attentive to anything I might need. They also recommended some great restaurants to try out, all very good. Though this is a studio apartment it has everything one might need and is within minutes of any of the main attractions in Florence. A great advantage!!!l

Silvia and Enzo welcomed us in their very cozy little studio in florence , The Appartement was clean , with care decorated , and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Florence , the localization was great and is just few steps away from the Duomo . Location of this VRBO property is excellent, in the heart of city center as well as to the Tram. The place is very clean and functioning so well! Everything you need is there and you don’t pay for extra that is un-necessary.

This is the perfect place, and these are the perfect hosts, for a stay in center city Florence. The location is a stone's throw from the Duomo, and there are crowds everywhere, and yet it's perfectly quiet in the apartment. The apartment itself, which is spacious, has everything you could possibly need including excellent WiFi. Finally, you couldn't find more gracious and helpful hosts.

Perfect place to stay in Florence

We stayed here for 9 nights. It was in a wonderful location close to all the sites. We loved having the little fridge and kitchen. We bought lunch food and came home most days to eat lunches. The room had air conditioning which was very helpful as it was a very hot October. We would highly recommend this property. It was also only a 12 minute walk from the train station which is also a big plus.

Great stay in the apartment. The Duomo is right outside and there are plenty of good places nearby to eat. Really convenient location and it is in a larger building that feels very safe. Enzo provided great instructions on how to find it and check in was very easy. He also gave us a very comprehensive document that had recommendations on it with a large amount of restaurants, bars, and activities. We are at a few of the recommended places which were the best meals we had during our stay.

What a great find! Enzo & Silvia were communicative and helpful from start to finish. The studio is in the heart of Florence, and a quick walk to the train station. This studio had everything I needed for a week in Italy! The apartment complex was a bit noisy at times but completely safe & clean. Lucky to have stayed here!

The perfect location in Florence 👌

If you are travelling to Florence and you want to stay in the perfect location then you've found your place, literally one minute from The Duomo ,10 minutes walk from the station and most of the cities attractions. It's a large room, absolutely spotless, with a lovely big bed and a large bathroom with a great shower. Sylvia met us at the apartment and was very helpful and charming, giving us the entry details etc, it's very safe and quiet. Perfect 👌

Fabulous Apartment in a sensational location

Sylvia and Vincenzo are great hosts. Communication before arrival was thorough, great directions and with detailed suggestions on the best places and things to do in Florence. The restaurant Sylvia recommended as her favorite was so good we went back three times. The apartment is typical Florence size but has everything you could need, is spotlessly clean, and with the Duomo visible from the window there can’t be a better location. If you can get a vacancy .. book it!!

Perfect base to see Florence

The flat is cozy, clean, in a great location and within a walking distance to the main attractions. It included the equipment for preparation of beverages and simple food. The hosts were very accommodating, especially, as my train arriving in Florence in the evening was delayed. They also provided some extensive details and tips about the town not usually found in the tourist guides. Just adding a hairdryer would be nice :). Overall, a highly recommended place for an enjoyable stay.
