Bienvenue à la maison! Si vous aimez l'intimité - toute la maison est à vous !! 3 chambres, 2 bains, 1466 SF. Salle familiale, salle à manger et cuisine lumineuses et spacieuses. La chambre principale est grande et relaxante avec HD Smart TV. La chambre 2 a une reine confortable et la 3ème chambre est aménagée en bureau (avec matelas pneumatique Queen de qualité si nécessaire). WiFi disponible. La cour arrière herbeuse invite les enfants, les animaux domestiques ou tout simplement à profiter du soleil de l'Arizona. Près des commerces, restaurants, événements sportifs et événements culturels.

Cette maison est une propriété à usage exclusif - pas notre résidence. Répartissez tout le monde entre les 3 chambres. Carrelage dans toute la maison sauf tapis neuf dans toutes les chambres. Fraîchement peint et prêt à impressionner. Un canapé en cuir de haute qualité confortable et une causeuse dans le salon invitent à la détente. Vaisselle pour 6 et une cuisine complète. Crock pot disponible sur demande. Douche à l'italienne plus baignoire séparée dans Master BR. Baignoire / douche dans le bain d'invité.

Deux places de parking dans l'allée. Le quartier est sûr et convivial. Grand téléviseur HD avec Roku dans le salon. HD Smart TV dans la chambre principale. Cuisine entièrement équipée, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, cuisinière avec dessus en verre.

Thank you, Carol. You guys did a great job. My only challenge was the dog hair on both sofas. I know it is hard to keep a dog off a sofa when they are used to being permitted at home. If you guys do return and stay with us in the future, we have very nice sofa covers that protect the sofas and are easily cleaned your visit.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and just love it. It is in a great location - close to lots of things to see and do. We enjoy the clubhouse for the community with a chance to use the pool and borrow their watercraft.The house is comfortable, has everything that we need - including lots of space and a well-appointed kitchen.Our host, Kevin, is always ready to help out if we have anything that we need. We look forward to staying there again!

Yes the property was pet friendly. The owner was great with communications. The house was clean. Furniture was very nice except for the matress in the back bedroom. A matress topper might help. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the price!

My wife and I (ok, she is rarely involved) love hosting on VRBO!!! While I am always available to handle any challenges, I am a "live and let live" kind of guy and I won't be dropping by unless you need something. You might see me cutting the grass or moving the trash barrels to the curb on Sunday evening and I'll definitely say hello, but I know you didn't come into town to visit me. I own many other properties, but this is my only short-term rental because it is close to where I live.

Our beautiful house is located in Val Vista Lakes community and is well situated to shopping, cultural events and sporting events. Our community has an exclusive "clubhouse" that is available to our guest for a $125 transfer fee. It is definitely worth the money if you are going to stay with us for a week or more.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our house is a single story and is ideal for anyone who is challenged by stairs... because the house has none. We have tried to stock the house and furnish the house with durable furniture and items but ask you take care to keep them unharmed, especially from kids and pets.

Our guest frequently describe our house comfortable, well stocked, large and roomy and great for families.

Our neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood is safe and beautiful.
