Vous allez adorer notre endroit parce que tout est flambant neuf et Ă  moins de 10 minutes Ă  pied des restaurants, des boutiques et des divertissements du centre-ville de Gilbert. Également Ă  proximitĂ© du centre commercial San Tan, des cinĂ©mas, des terrains de baseball Big League Dreams, du parc Freestone District, des villes de Chandler, mesa et Tempe sont Ă  16 km et Glendale est Ă  60-90 minutes.

Les lits confortables sont de Tuff and Needle et la maison a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert. Mon endroit est bon pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). La cour peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e pour les bar-b-ques, manger Ă  la table extĂ©rieure et les enfants qui jouent.

Deux voitures peuvent se garer dans l'allĂ©e 2 voitures. La maison, l'avant et l'arriĂšre-cour sont Ă  la disposition des clients. Il s'agit d'un panier de basket qui peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© dans l'allĂ©e pour 2 voitures.

Le centre de loisirs et le parc Gilbert se trouvent Ă  3,2 km. La salle de gym propose des laissez-passer quotidiens / hebdomadaires. Ce quartier de Freestone Park a des terrains de jeux, des promenades en train, un carrousel, un skate park pour les scooters et les planches Ă  roulettes.

À distance de marche des meilleurs restaurants et divertissements et des cafĂ©s de Gilberts.

This lovely property was perfect for our weekend getaway with our kids. We enjoyed being so close to downtown Gilbert. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

Nice place, great location

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and enjoyed it. The house was clean, nicely remodeled and was just as expected. The Christmas tree was a pleasant surprise, and allowed us to have Christmas at the house. We would stay here again.

If you’re gonna stay in Gilbert
this is the place!

We chose this place for its wonderful location for our 6 week stay and it didn’t disappoint! Just a short walk away from downtown Gilbert and all of its fabulous places to eat! Never had to worry about parking! Another favorite place to walk to was the Gilbert Farmer’s Market! The house had everything we needed and our hosts answered quickly to any of our questions.

Comfy!

Many times when you rent homes, furniture is worn out, saggy etc. That was not the case here. It was very comfortable nicely decorated and only a couple blocks from downtown. The owners were very responsive and nice. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Snowbird Sanctuary

We stayed two months on our first snowbird experience. House is just as described, everything you could need including fresh oranges from the tree every morning. Walking distance to Gilbert’s heritage restaurant district as well as Freestone Park. We also enjoyed the Freestone rec center. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds for ourselves and visitors. Amee and John are very responsive hosts for any questions we had. Wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

Perfect VRBO in Downtown Gilbert

If you are looking to stay at a place within walking distance to downtown Gilbert this is it! Amee and John were the perfect hosts! Great communication and very easy to work with. The house was very clean and spacious! Loved that it had a garage too because we had an electric vehicle, that we had to plug in. The home had lots of towels, blankets, and a fully stocked kitchen...you only needed to literally just bring food. It had it all. They also had a desk which was great since we both work from home. I highly recommend this vrbo to anyone that is looking to stay in downtown Gilbert. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect in every way

I wish I didn't have to give it 5 stars.. Because I'd like this home to be available to us anytime we are in the Phoenix area. First off the hosts, were absolutely amazing. They answered any and all questions we had prior and during our trip. They layout was even better than the photos provided.. and the cozy back yard was a great place to relax after those long days. The best part was the location, it was 20 mins from everywhere we needed to go In Any direction ... And a quick walk to the downtown core, which had a wonderful vibe, and even better food.. I recommend the Joe's real BBQ, Joyride taco house and of course for desert you got to hit up Topo for that prickly pear ice cream.. Absolutely we would and will stay here again!

Great location

The house was just as described! The convenience of being just a short walk to downtown Gilbert was amazing!!! The layout was person for my son who is special needs and wheelchair bound. Communication with John and Amee was top notch.
