Giacomo was a fantastic host. He was there when we arrived, and upon departure he assisted us in getting a cab to the airport. When I contacted him about something, he replied immediately. The apartment was just like the pictures. It was clean,, comfy, and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was the best! There are many wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops, food stores , and tourist spots within walking distance. We will definitely return to the apartment again. Thanks Giacomo

The place was exactly as advertised. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations. Everything felt clean, safe, and very accessible to all major historic sites. We would absolutely stay here again.

The host , check in , cleanliness is great !! The shower was spoken about in other reviews , but it is small 2 feet x 2 feet. It’s an old historic building with I’m assuming plumbing added later , but just be aware if your a larger person you make not fit. Shaving legs was tricky.Bring face wipes as no face clothes are provided . We got 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 6 day stay when we needed more & asked for it we got it. 1 pillow each , I use 2 at home another one would be a good addition. The location is perfect

Giacomo is one of the most attentive VRBO hosts we have ever had. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. The building had lost its WiFi and Giacomo had set up help for us around the corner to Bar Nino to assist us with WiFi. They were also so warm and welcoming! We would love to return!

Great Apt/Location, Friendly host

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Our host was very pleasant, always available to help and very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and has all the essentials including very nice AC units. The only items to keep in mind are the small shower and if you want to use a pull out sofa bed you need to inform the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location!

This property is within 2 miles walking to all of Rome’s premier sites, the grocery, pharmacy and restaurants yet tucked away on a quiet street where you can watch the neighbors walk by. Giacomo is a wonderful host, helpful, courteous and kind. We look forward to our return!

Ideale Ferienwohnung im Stadtzentrum

Alle wichtigen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten waren zu Fuss gut erreichbar. An- und Abreise mit Nahverkehr funktioniert gut. Piazza de Popolo gleich um die Ecke. Ferienwohnung ist gerĂ€umig und fĂŒr 2 Personen gut geeignet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kofferaufbewahrung befindet sich gleich gegenĂŒber. FĂŒr eine Grossstadt ist die Lage recht ruhig. Es gibt genĂŒgend Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung.Giacomo war ein guter Ansprechpartner, der jederzeit erreichbar war.

Great stay, very accommodating.

We had a little trouble finding the place but Giacomo met us and welcomed us very graciously. He had provided an infant cot as requested. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and an infant. Good location, within reasonable walking distance of attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby but out of the way of loud people and traffic. Only one flight of stairs to walk up, which is nice. Giacomo has good recommendations for places to eat and how to get around. It was a little difficult to give the infant a bath but if you have all adults or bigger children it won't be a problem. Great to have a full fridge, microwave, and range as we do eat at least one meal a day at the apartment. Wish there had been a few more hand towels and bowls, but it just depends on if you cook during your stay or not. Overall we had a lovely stay. Giacomo was very thoughtful and communicated well. Everything worked, no issues with appliances or internet. Would recommend :)

Perfect location and great host.

Located just off the Piazza de Popolo, this apartment lets you experience the city of Rome as a local. Giacomo was more than helpful and answered all questions either in person or through messages quickly. If the apartment is available, we will definitely consider it sgain on our next visit.

Excellent location in Rome

This property is in a splendid location just around the corner from Piazza de Popolo. Close to a metro stop, restaurants, shopping. It has it all! And the host? Giacomo is the best! After a little confusion on our part (because our WhatsApp wasn’t functioning properly), Giacomo met us and ushered us in to our new home away from home. He explained everything thoroughly and then we settled in to a place that was well furnished and comfy. We were able to do laundry since we had already been traveling for two weeks. What a blessing that was! The rainy weather that we had wasn’t an issue since he even had umbrellas for us to use. There was only one tiny suggestion/addition I would make - have some kitchen towels and/or paper towels for use. Other than that minute suggestion, we would gladly stay here again!

Weekend in Rome

On a quiet side street just off of Popolo plaza. 20-25 minutes walk to almost all the sites. Giacomo was very helpful and had great communication throughout the trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Apartment - Fantastic Location

Great apartment with plenty of room for our family of 3. It had what we needed with a bonus of a washer and dryer. Giacomo, the owner, was very helpful and kind and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect, right in city center. Walking distance to Via Del Corso for shopping, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese. So many restaurants, cafes, gelato shops and small market nearby. Close to Rome Termini via car. The only downside is that because it’s in the center of everything, it is loud in the evenings. Giacomo does provide ear plugs. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect Location

I enjoy the stay because the place is close to attractions, Mall, and 5 stars rating restaurants. The area in the living room is the only things that my son complained, for instance the AC did not produce enough cold air and sofa bed was a bid painful to sleep.

We are a family of 4. We like to travel light with less # of luggage. This property makes my life easier having a washing machine and dryer on site. Wifi is excellent. The location is conveniently located within shopping and dining areas. You can explore major attractions on foot Property owner is very considerate to let us check in early and allowed us to check out our luggage a little later due a change of our tour schedule. For a family looking for a place to stay , i will highly recommend this place.

Giacomo, the host, was very helpful and responsive during our stay. The property is located in the heart of the city, close to the Vatican (a 25-30 min walk) and other attractions in Rome (eg, the Collosseum is a 35-minute walk). There are also train options. Being close to Piazza sel Popolo, it can get busy and noisy at times (the host helpfully provided earplugs :). However, it’s also a chance to see the vibrancy of the city. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at the property.

Location and apartment great

The apartment is in a great reasonably quiet area. Rome is great for walking, and just about everything you'd want to see is either close or a moderate walk away. Several good restaurants are close by as are markets. Giacomo was enormous help and provided a lot of useful information on his own. We highly recommend this rental.

The perfect Rome accomodations!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything one could need, including laundry supplies and coffee!! The location is perfect, we walked to 80% of the sights and the metro was so close for the rest. And the piazza di Popolo is a great, local neighborhood with some amazing sights and history. Giacomo couldn't be more accommodating from his folder of information, to his communications, and patience for very late arrivals(Sorry Giacomo!)!

Great location

Perfect location, close to main attractions. Easy check-in, great welcome. Great communication with Giacomo: very nice host, fluent English. Appartement on the high 1st floor, about 15 steps at entrance. No balcony. Fully equipped: washer and dryer, microwave, umbrellas etc. Clean and airy. Grossery store really close, a lot of restaurants. Thank you, Giacomo, for the stay!

Great place

I’m super great location- lovely place. With boiler needed to take showers an hour apart to have hot water. Was minus a few amenities that could have made stay awesome that included enough toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days- shower soap- tissues- extra pillows.
