The place was exactly as advertised. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations. Everything felt clean, safe, and very accessible to all major historic sites. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our trip to Rome was very enjoyable. Giacomo was an excellent host, promptly returned communications, and suggested several high spots of interest in our Piazza Popolo area. The location was perfect! You could walk to several main attractions and of course Taxi's are inexpensive and plentiful. We use itTaxi most and they have an app, so download it for convenience. Also, the water heater went bad on the first day or two and Giacomo was able to immediately have the plumber come and replace it. The Vrbo listing displayed the apartment as a more brightly appointed and newer place, but upon arrival it was dark and slightly dated thus one star less was given. All in all, we had a great trip to Rome and enjoyed visiting the wonderful historical locations.

Regarding your suggestions about the house, many guests generally say it's quite bright and well-equipped, but obviously this can be subjective and sometimes depends on factors (like the weather also). Great location and property manager

Fantastic location and Giacomo is an extremely nice, easily accessible and accommodating property manager. He is a lovely person and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant, including good recommendations for places in the area.

A great stay in Rome

This was a great place to stay one week and a great location close to the Spanish steps. Giacomo was an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful and an excellent communicator offering rapid answers to questions.

Fantastic Location!

This property is within 2 miles walking to all of Rome’s premier sites, the grocery, pharmacy and restaurants yet tucked away on a quiet street where you can watch the neighbors walk by. Giacomo is a wonderful host, helpful, courteous and kind. We look forward to our return!

Giacomo is one of the most attentive VRBO hosts we have ever had. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. The building had lost its WiFi and Giacomo had set up help for us around the corner to Bar Nino to assist us with WiFi. They were also so warm and welcoming! We would love to return!

Weekend in Rome

On a quiet side street just off of Popolo plaza. 20-25 minutes walk to almost all the sites. Giacomo was very helpful and had great communication throughout the trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Apt/Location, Friendly host

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Our host was very pleasant, always available to help and very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and has all the essentials including very nice AC units. The only items to keep in mind are the small shower and if you want to use a pull out sofa bed you need to inform the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a great location

Giacomo is a very friendly and accommodating host. You can walk almost anywhere in Rome from this location and the apartment was the perfect size for me and my two adult children.

Loved our stay

Giacomo is great, he gave us all the information we wanted and was super prompt in responding on the app. Wonderful convenient location. Lots of room (exception is bathroom shower, pretty small) but large bedroom and living/dining room area.

Rome getaway

We were only in Rome for two nights but this apartment met all our needs and then some. Close to a wonderful piazza filled with warm, friendly Italians. Many restaurants to choose from. Our host was amazing and took time to share his city with us. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect location and great host.

Located just off the Piazza de Popolo, this apartment lets you experience the city of Rome as a local. Giacomo was more than helpful and answered all questions either in person or through messages quickly. If the apartment is available, we will definitely consider it sgain on our next visit.

Perfect stay and host

This property is awesome but even better is the host! Made is feel amazingly welcomed and informed for our first trip to Rome. We were very well taken care of and knew if we needed anything it would be provided. The apartment is nicely located and has everything you'll need for your stay! Highly recommended!!

Great apartment!

The property was very clean and easily accessible from the street. We felt safe and comfortable. The owner met us and gave us insight into the area. He also recommended several restaurants. We would stay again in this area and in this apartment.

Perfect Location

I enjoy the stay because the place is close to attractions, Mall, and 5 stars rating restaurants. The area in the living room is the only things that my son complained, for instance the AC did not produce enough cold air and sofa bed was a bid painful to sleep.

Location and apartment great

The apartment is in a great reasonably quiet area. Rome is great for walking, and just about everything you'd want to see is either close or a moderate walk away. Several good restaurants are close by as are markets. Giacomo was enormous help and provided a lot of useful information on his own. We highly recommend this rental.

Giacomo was a fantastic host. He was there when we arrived, and upon departure he assisted us in getting a cab to the airport. When I contacted him about something, he replied immediately. The apartment was just like the pictures. It was clean,, comfy, and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was the best! There are many wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops, food stores , and tourist spots within walking distance. We will definitely return to the apartment again. Thanks Giacomo
