Nouvelle annonce! Il est inutile de vous dire à quel point il est bon d'être explorateur dans une nouvelle ville et de se sentir chez soi en même temps. Silencieux, simple et élégant, au coeur de Rome, entre Piazza di Spagna et Fontana di Trevi, à deux pas du métro Barberini.
Salon avec canapé-lit et salle à manger, cuisine bien équipée, chambre double et un bain relaxant avec baignoire. Wi-Fi, CLIMATISATION, MICRO-ONDES, MACHINE À LAVER et un bon supermarché près de la maison.

Ce charmant appartement est situé au deuxième étage d'une maison médiévale typique au coeur de Rome, à seulement 5 minutes de la Piazza di Spagna et tout autant de la majestueuse fontaine de Trevi. L'appartement est de 65 mètres carrés et se compose d'un salon confortable avec un canapé-lit confortable pour deux personnes, une salle à manger avec une table pour 6 personnes, une chambre double avec un placard et une fenêtre dans la cour , très silencieux. La cuisine est bien équipée, dispose de quatre feux, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine à laver et une grande salle de bains avec baignoire, idéale pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration vivifiante dans le monde artistique de cette ville mystérieuse et fascinante.
L'appartement dispose d'air conditionné et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.
La fenêtre du salon donne sur la Via dei due Macelli, où se trouve le tout nouveau Rinascente, le plus élégant des grands magasins d'Italie. Je recommande le site archéologique à l'étage inférieur avec les restes de l'aqueduc de Vergine et à l'étage supérieur la terrasse sur le toit, pour profiter en compagnie d'un bon apéritif, une vue aérienne panoramique sur les toits anciens et les nombreux dômes de Rome. Quelques mètres plus loin sur Via Crispi se trouve le parking payant de Via Ludovisi. Metro et supermarché sont à distance de marche de la maison.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Our host Constanza took great care to introduce us to the property and had some great recommendations for us. The location is perfectly situated as a base from which to explore the broader city. The amenities were as described and the living space was very comfortable.

Costanza was a wonderful host! Helped us with transportation to and from the apartment as well as for the next leg of our trip! She gave recommendations for shopping, registrants and much more! The location was wonderful! Nice area to walk to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, and local market for supplies if needed. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and decorated accordingly.

Cozy apartment in a great location close to the Spanish Steps. Neighborhood feels safe and is very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is well-provided for cooking. Bed is very comfortable and bedroom is quiet at night, even though the location is between 2 fairly busy streets. Nice closet space in the bedroom. Bath is deep and lovely for soaking. Costanza is a very responsive and communicative host, and we really appreciated her organizing a driver to pick us up at the airport. As others note, you do need to climb 3 flights of stairs, so this isn’t a place for someone with mobility issues.

Very cute & close to everything. The Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps just a couple of blocks away. Host was very helpful with all of my questions about what to do & where to find things. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

This apartment was very spacious and very clean. If you are a light sleeper bring along some earplugs as the street is really loud 24 hrs. The location is great.

Perfect stay

This apartment was just as it was listed. It was so eady to get around Rome from here and there were endless restaurants to choose from. Communication was great with the manager. We would come back and will recommend to friends.

I have worked over 10 years in the vacation-rental business. There is no better place than doing this business in Rome. I love Rome not only because it is my native city but also because it has infinite mysteries to disclose. After all this years living here, I am still enthusiastically exploring Rome’s art, history, museums, food, neighborhoods etc. And I can’t wait to share all this with you.
