Wonderful two bedroom duplex apartment in a completely renewed building, with elevator, next to Jardim do Príncipe Real - one of the most charming areas of Lisbon.
Surrounded by hip shops, bars, restaurants and all the transportation you might need. Very close to Chiado and Bairro Alto, but with the calm and charm of the Príncipe Real. Extremely quiet and comfortable.
An excellent choice for families, couples and groups of friends.
In the apartment you will find:
- Bedroom with kingsize bed on the first floor.
- Bathroom with jacuzzi and shower and on the first floor.
- Bedroom on second floor with queen size bed.
- Bathroom with shower on the second floor.
- Living/dining room with dining table for 6 people and a comfortable sofa.

Príncipe Real is the "it" district in Lisbon, being the neighborhood where the new restaurants and the most alternative shops are concentrated.
This part of the city has been called "Royal Prince" (Príncipe Real) in honor of D. Pedro V, son of Dona Maria II and its located on top of chic Chiado and beside bohemian Bairro Alto.
Príncipe Real has became a hipster area of the city thanks to several design shops that have emerged recently, attracting an increasingly younger population. However, it keeps intact its essentially residential charm with beautiful gardens, two of the city's quieter squares (Principe Real and Flores) and palaces. Its charm makes it one of the most exclusive neighborhoods and sought after regions to live.
Contrasting with the age of the recently recovered buildings and the pieces exhibited in the antiquaries of the zone, Príncipe Real shows a new vitality, becoming more and more cosmopolitan.
All this without mentioning the proximity of Bairro Alto and Chiado´s famous nightlife, shopping and leisure areas.

BEST vrbo ever!! The location was absolutely perfect, the air conditioning was amazing and the light was great and we could make it super dark for sleeping during the day when we were jet lagged! Zero complaints about this vrbo, we absolutely loved our stay! They also gave us an early check in which we really appreciated!

The pictures of this flat were beautiful but don’t show that you can’t open any of the window coverings due to neighbors looking in or you’re looking at metal roofing. Then the main bathroom’s under mounted sink was detached from the counter. So every time you turned it on, water soaked the cabinet below due to the 1 inch gap. Also, it’s been 7 days since we checked out and we still have not received our security deposit back, nor any communication as to why. It earned 2 stars only because it was clean.

Dear Michele... what to say to your review.... yes.. we do have neighbors 75ms away,.... yes we do have a lower building across the street that is actually lower than ours,.... yes you can see its metal roof,....yes Michelle...we are in the center of a capital city... yes.. there are buildings around.... but yes as well.. we can open our windows.. in fact.. all of then... Another point for you to reflect.. when you checked in the sink was properly attached... when you left it wasnt... can you tell us something about it? ALSO, regarding the deposit, we would have been very happy to answer your questions regarding it and explained that the deposit is merely on hold, so its NEVER deducted from your card unless there is a damage... there was one in fact, but were nice enough to not deduct any amount. So, I advise you to look again to your bank statement and you will see that no amount was taken so there is no amount to be returned.

The apartment was very nice, had all the necessary amenities and is in a really good area of the city. Nice park is next door to the apartment, nice cafe directly across the street and the restaurants and bars in the area are great and within walking distance. Had a nice dinner outside overlooking the city about 2 blocks from the apartment at the Lost In…good food and great views. We were greeted upon arrival at the apartment and it was a great stay overall!

First time traveling to Portugal and finding a two bedroom place in Lisbon is no easy task. But this place was wonderful and I'm picky. Prompt responses from host, easy check in. Beds were comfortable. Location was great! Close to everything! Across the street Faz Frio, the best Portuguese meal I had the entire trip! Easy to grab an Uber right out the door.Had all updated conviences. Highly recommend!

It was a nice apartment in a great part of town and appreciated the parking in the garage downstairs. All was in working order except we couldn't get the TV to work.All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

For two people, this unit was perfect. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on separate floors. Kitchen had all the amenities to make it feel like home plus a washer and dryer. Wonderful neighborhood & hosts

This is a lovely property and situatated in a fun neighborhood with nearby restaurants and garden. The beds are very comfortable, the apartment is clean with laundry facility. The hosts were attentive, helpful, and accomodating.

Well equipped and as advertised. Great to have a washer and dryer. Location was great for restaurants, cafes and coffee. Friday night was noisy as expected due to local nightlife although it was mostly great Jazz music. Beds were comfortable. Minor issue with shower handles was resolved quickly by Joaquim, the wonderful host.

Best time ever!

Property was so cool. 2 bedroom loft in in the heart of a cool little area. Lots of great places to eat and drink. Many mom and pop stores. The loft was excellent and we would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Great location

Close to many great restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Easy checkin experience. We were also allowed access to the apartment earlier than regular checkin since there was no one ahead of us. This helped greatly since we had an early arrival at the airport.

Great Location in Lisbon

We were able to drop off our luggage at 12:30 which was super helpful. Great location for walking anywhere, catching the train, seeing shops, restaurants and beautiful streets. No issues or concerns. NO PARKING available if a person had a vehicle -- but we didn't so not an issue.

Nice Apartment

This is a great apartment for a holiday in Lisbon. When travelling with adult friends, it is one of the few apartments that I found that has double size beds in both bedrooms. It is a clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a great location in Principe Real. Joaquim was a great host and was very helpful with getting us settled into the unit.
