We had a great stay. The kids really enjoyed the beach. Lots of shells and sea glass. Very clean space. Quiet and serene! Sliding glass doors off the master with a balcony as well as the living room.

We had a great stay! There was a ton of beach stuff in the closets (boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, etc), we hardly had to bring anything. The condo was clean when we arrived and check in was super easy. Joe was great, very responsive and communicative through the whole process! I will say if you have younger kids I suggest going to the beach access a few houses down. The stairs connected to the condos are VERY slick and difficult to maneuver with little ones. But there is a shower head halfway down that wasn’t slick so we used it a lot.Also the kitchen isn’t SUPER well equipped. Could use some cookie sheets, nice knives, and the silverware drawer needs some attention. Overall we had a great experience and would come again!

Great stay overall! Plenty of space for the family and the beach was just steps away. A few updates and better housekeeping would make it even better (there was sooooo much sand on the beds and couches when we first got there).

Quick vacay away to go to Bday party on the 4th of July weekend

The place was a perfect little get away. Right on the beach which was a nice surprise and had everything you would need for a nice vacation.

Absolutely perfect!! From the beautiful sunrise to the spare flashlights for night time crabbin the host has everything you need to have a great time and was an absolute pleasure to deal with! We will definitely be back! This is the perfect vacation spot !

Our stay was less than ideal. Upon arriving we noticed a sewer like smell from the bathroom and some issues with the beds being… overly firm. We immediately reached out to the host who advised us "the previous person never mentioned anything" with no further solution. We stayed the night but the beds were so uncomfortable we decided to try to find other accommodations as we traveled with our 3 year old and newborn and a breast cancer survivor who has constant pain so additional discomfort wasn’t ideal. We notified the host we were vacating the premises and advised him of why. We also politely requested a partial refund as the 'beachfront’ access advertised was inaccessible due to the stairs being blockaded as they were deemed not safe by the complex, the dishrack was rusty, the smell, and the condo just didn’t seem to have been professionally cleaned. The host declined our refund as he said “we weren’t staying in the Waldorf and that he “had a mortgage, insurance, and HOA dues." We understand he has dues as a homeowner in a condo complex but he also has dues to uphold his end of what he advertised. So we are disappointed in our stay with this host but we ended out the trip on a high note at a much nicer place. So if you want to stay at the non-Waldorf with a sewage smell and a host in it for his bottom dollar, book with Joe.

I checked with the cleaning person and there was no odor. I later received notice from the HOA that the gutters, drains and down spots were cleaned. Possibly a cause. Also this property is directly on the ocean, beach erosion occurs and the steps maybe damaged. I notify rentals that there is alternate access 2 houses away. Could be seen from the deck. I don't know your family makeup. This completely unfair. The past guests (8) all had positive reviews. Appologies.

The proximity to the water is amazing. Really loved staying in this condo, right on the ocean. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

This condo was beautiful, we'll stocked. I didn't get my list of what I needed to bring until I tried to contact vrbo to discuss the place not having beach access. We had a beautiful couple of days. I just think the owner should be more forthcoming that at high tide your access to the beach is under water. I was very upset, but decided not to let it ruin my getaway. Other than that it was great. But not a nice surprise upon arrival. The tiny beach was great and luckly we had low tide most of the day. Would have bee a different story if the high tide was during the day.I still didn't like having to walk out onto the street to go two houses down to get beach access because of the high water and giant sandbags. This app won't let me add the photos I took of the high water half way up the stairs to the sand.

You may have been there for King or Moon tides. The beach was replenished last year, the town has plans for permanent beach replenishment.
