L'Exposition Nord - Magnifique Condo en Bord de Plage au Bord de l'Océan.

Welcome to the Northern Exposure! Beautiful top floor beachfront condo with views of the North end of Topsail Island from the bedroom, kitchen and balcony (very few units have views from every room). Wake to a spectacular ocean sunrise from your bedroom window and then sip your coffee on your private balcony watching the dolphins swim by as the fishing boats head out to sea

Provided are: Free parking and Free WiFi! New Roku large flat screen TV, DVD Player, queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in the well-appointed kitchen. Queen size bed and new Roku TV in bedroom. Set of bunk beds in hallway. Two bar height Adirondack chairs and table on balcony. Everything you need to make this your perfect getaway vacation spot.

Weekly (7 night) rentals only during beach season (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Check in and out is only available on Saturday during this time. Off season rentals require a minimum 3 night stay but have flexible check in/out days. Please note that ALL bookings will now INCLUDE complete sets of linens and bath towels for your stay (this was the most requested amenity and we are happy to now be able to provide it). We also now have keyless entry (no more keeping track of keys).

Please check out the photos: This isn't simply near the beach or have a view of the beach, you are literally on the beach. The North end of the island isn't crowded even at peak season and provides you plenty of space to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.

It has come to our attention that guests who book via non VRBO sites (Travelocity, Hotels.com, etc.) may not have access to and receive important messages sent via VRBO messaging. Therefore, if you book via a non VRBO site, please contact us immediately after you book and let us know so you do not miss receiving important information.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR TRAVELERS:

Sandbags are in front of all Buildings in North Topsail and the beach directly in front of the building may not be accessible during high tide. There is always beach access and availability that is easy to get to by using the public beach access to the left of building 1 (our building) which is just a short walk away (please see photo).

Please take note that this is a 3rd floor condo with no elevator. While the 3rd floor provides breathtaking views, guests who may have difficulty ascending stairs with luggage, groceries, etc. should take this into consideration.

If you have any questions or concerns, PLEASE inquire. We want to make certain that you have a wonderful stay at the Northern Exposure.

This place was very cozy and perfect size for two. It came with a great view and not many people at all so very peaceful! The place was clean and comfy and great space. I would recommend this to anyone trying find a cozy spot with a great view of the beach!!

It is discouraging to get a review like this without any feedback from the guest as to why. This particular guest left our condo a mess (dishes not put away, wet towels on floor, linens not put back in bin, torn comforter and mattress cover along with a broken screen door) all of which we overlooked. So, of course, they top off thier exit with this review. We regret they didn't enjoy thier stay as much as they enjoyed making a mess of our home.

This was our first trip to North Topsail and we absolutely loved it! This condo is in an excellent location with a quick walk to the beach access. Just be mindful of the tide. The balcony views were top notch. I could sit there for hours watching the waves and beach. Host was great at communicating and the condo was perfect for our family of three. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you for helping make our first trip such a success. We will definitely be back.

It was the perfect beach getaway for our family of 4. The condo was clean and located in a quiet peaceful part of TopSail. There can not be a better view of the ocean from the balcony! It was HEAVEN.

We were only able to squeeze out 3 days, but they were amazing. Sea spray in your face from the balcony. Dolphins with your morning coffee and the sound of the waves to wash the stress away. Perfect for a couple.
Mornings so not dissapoint.
High tide gave way to a new game...Splash Stairs. Have a seat and enjoy! It's Brisk!

We are completely dumbfounded by this one star review as we were not made aware that there was any problem with your stay. It is assumed the one star review is because the new balcony was not completed in time for your visit. However, we provided plenty of advance notice of this and offered you the opportunity to cancel with a full refund which you declined. We then accommodated you with a noon check in at no extra charge. We hope to make everyone's stay at our condo and visit to the island a wonderful experience and believe this star rating to be unwarranted or in error.

This is not just an investment property for us but a home away from home. Thus, you can count on it to be well cared for, properly maintained, and continually improved.
