That is great Resort Rentals was helpful and responsive during your stay and we do apologize if you felt the condo wasn't very clean as we will notify house keeping with your findings and the property manager to check on items you felt were in disrepair. Katie, Thank you! We're very happy you had the items needed to make for a great family vacation. Yes, the elevator can be slow. There is a 2nd one that goes to the 5th floor, but you would then have to walk up 2 floors. The developer did have a "miss" on the parking. There are 64 spots for 100 cars...geez! Luckily you can have free parking on either the street or the Holiday Inn parking lot next door with the parking pass we provide. We enjoyed hosting you. Thanks again.

That said, we sincerely regret the maintenance issues you experienced — especially with the toilet, lock, and dishwasher — as well as the disappointment regarding the limited water park passes. We understand how frustrating these issues must have been and how they impacted your vacation. Shirley, I understand some requests were made and I'm glad we were able to respond and correct everything in a very timely manner. Kitchen sink: Somehow the button to hot water was pushed in during cleaning. I pulled it out ASAP and hot water was had that day! Dishes/cutlery, etc: Condo equipped for 6 people, usu. w/children. So a mixture of stoneware/plastic is viewed as good. Glad we could help & get you add'l 12 tablespoons, cups, bowls within a day! FYI: FL water will discolor plastic but it is still clean. Breaker: After I arrived immediately, it was noted that the breaker wasn't being switched off/on correctly. Once that was done/shown to guest it wasn't a problem any longer. I never heard from you on this after that 1st day. Toilet: Sometimes the mechanisms give out. We never know when this will happen. Glad our maint. guy fixed it so quickly and you had a 2nd toilet just in case! 2nd toilet: Maint. came & said it works fine. Dryer: Thanks for bringing the lint filter to my attention. The tool I bought and used to clean it did a great job! There is a much greater amount of laundry done in a rental unit. A/C: 1st time it's not worked. I brought out 3 companies within a couple days. The 3rd one diagnosed, ordered part & repaired. It is FL & it takes a few days to handle this. All 3 companies recommended you not put the thermostats down to 66 and that you should run all 3 ceiling fans. I realize you didn't want to run the fans b/c they were all off ea. time I came with the A/C techs. and the one thermostat was always at 66. That freezes the system the tech said. However, all the 3 thermostats never read the room temp to be higher than 76. We had the A/C maint. done last year and was to be done again this May. We're very sorry that you had a week of less than desirable A/C. I wish you had messaged me right away when the A/C wasn't working after the repair instead of waiting 6 days. I brought the tech out asap & he fixed it within minutes. We truly replied to everything within hours of your requests.
