Unit has one bedroom with a king sized bed, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2-story apartment has 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar seating, spacious living room with fireplace, and an exterior storage closet for ski equipment! Kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave). Linens, towels, and blankets are provided. Kitchen is furnished with dishes, flatware, bakeware, toaster, and coffee pot. No pets please. Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room. Off-street parking is included. Unit sleeps 4 max. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout.

Loved our stay in Ellicottville. The apartment was cozy and very clean. We were in walking distance to everything. We will definitely be going back and plan to stay in the same apartment.

What a great spot to stay- within walking distance of anywhere you would want to go in this super cute town. The host quickly responded to communication. The shower was amazing! Very comfortable with great AC. Would stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again. Rachel was a great host. The location was perfect. Short walk to Ellicottville. The unit was very clean. Highly recommend this property. Looking forward to returning next year.

This property is so well situated, only minutes walk to downtown and grocery. Ellicottville Brewing Co. is about a 2 minute walk which is nice for getting back home after a few of their excellent brews(I loved the Blueberry Wheat). The home was immaculate, clean and well appointed with everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome!!!

It was a great place to stay! It was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect; all of the shops, bars and restaurants were in easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in EVL.

The reason for the 2 stars was the exterior of the property. The grounds were neglected, weeds taller than the landscaping plants. The interior of the unit was excellent. The management needs to hire a teenager for a day or two to keep up on the weeds.

The apartment was exactly as described — very clean and in an excellent location, just a short walk to town. Check-in was super easy, and Rachel was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The fireplace made the space extra cozy. The only thing I missed was having a TV in the bedroom, but overall, no complaints at all. A wonderful stay and we will definitely be staying here again!

As advertised. Close to restaurants, brewery, and shops. Only thing weird was the smoke detector went off during the middle of the night for no reason. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights and everything was wonderful. Rachel was very responsive and accommodating. Check in was a breeze, unit was lovely and cool when we arrived (August & it’s been hot/humid). Close to Main Street, ease of parking. Clean, bed super comfy. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect Description

We have never had a property look just like it was described so perfectly! Easy to find and instructions on everything right down to wi-fi codes. Very clean and cozy- safe - off road parking - close to everything in town and such a nice decor. A plus and will be staying again - most likely every time we are in town! Awesome spot
