This newly constructed apartment in the heart of Ellicottville is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Unit has 2 bedrooms with a king sized beds, 1-queen sized sleeper sofa and 1-twin sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This open concept apartment features a full kitchen with counter seating, a dining area, spacious living room with fireplace, and an exterior storage closet for ski equipment! Kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave). Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room. Off-street parking is included. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout

The property was clean, well equipped, and matched the info/description we were given. Two small suggestions: it might be a good idea to label the light switches throughout the apartment, and I would also suggest making sure there is a trash can in both bathrooms (during our visit, only one of the bathrooms had one). Thank you!

Comfortable stay so close to town

We had a great stay. Hart to beat such a great location, just a minute walk to the main drag of town, comfortable hangout areas. We didn't stay long enough to cook in, but kitchen seemed nice a nice table for a good sized group to eat together. Good overall set up, worth the price for sure.

Nice apartment

Overall the apartment was nice! We loved the convenience of the town which was a 5min walk from our front door! I wish they would have mentioned the washer and dryer combo in unit and they need some shower accessories but those are super minor :)

Updated, Clean, and Minutes Walk to TownThe property is in great condition and looks newly updated. We didn't use the kitchen as there are restaurants within way walking distance, but kitchen seemed stocked for cooking.Bedrooms were comfortable and each bedroom has a bathroom. One bathroom has two doors so guests can use it.Furniture was leather or imitation leather, not cloth, which is a plus for me. I hate rentals with cloth furniture.The rental is very close to the town - just minutes walk. There are great restaurants and bars to visit. I liked Ellicottville Brewery the best as far as menu goes. Great beers, too. Also ate at Katie's for breakfast and Gin Mill for lunch. Had cocktails at The Bank and played pool in their hidden back room.Shampoo and conditioner is supplied for the shower, but no shower soap. There is liquid hand soap in the bathrooms.We were all very pleased with this rental. If we come back to Ellicottville, we'll look here first!

Perfect! Clean and excellent location!

My husband and I traveled with another couple. Location was amazing! We walked to town to shop and for all meals (we didn’t ski because it was off season, but location is a 3 minute drive to Holiday Valley). Host was SO helpful, friendly, and responsive. Check-in instructions were very clear. Property was spacious and comfortable; both bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect (almost a mirror image so no one felt they were “missing out” by not getting the official “master” bedroom). Would absolutely stay at this property again for a future visit!

Elegant Dream Apartment

This place provided the best welcoming vibes for our wedding weekend with our wedding parties! The best mini get-away places to be with our favorite people. Nice location from Eville life. I'm glad to have this experience be part of our story.

We love this place

This is our second time staying at this property. We always love it. It’s location is excellent. A short walk to bars and restaurants! There is lots of space, and it’s very quiet also.

Ski Getaway

The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for our purposes of being near the mountain for skiing but also enjoying what the town had to offer. Rachel, the Property Manager was responsive, knowledgable and easy to work with. We would rent this place again!!

Awesome spot!

The place was way larger than even the photos seem. Super high ceilings. No neighbor noises. We’ll equipped. Two large comfortable rooms, both with en-suites. We brought coffee and filters, but they already had them, along with paper towels. The apartment is 5 minute walk from restaurants. Plenty of parking.
