oh wow, is the first time in 4 years that someone writes something like this... so surprised!!! And so sorry for you.

mismatched???? Everything is matched. and of course same look as in the pictures. Even better in person bc we did an investment with a new couch (matched), a new tv, and a new kitchen. Lot of work, and effort to read this poor review... Not even mentioned a taxi driver waiting for you for 30minutes... (don't know how much money would that be for him). Making me think I shouldn't take my time and his time in the future, for trying to help guests in the future ever again.

As I said from the very best begining, I was very glad to hear you had a good time and liked the apartment. I had a question; we had realized the lamp was falling down and the courtain bar as well. I attached the pictures we had taken. I asked politely and nicely for an explanation to check and understand what had happened. Also need to repair it and don’t know how much would that cost. Then, I sent the ticket of the material (4€) + our time working on it (15€) so the total was = 19€ We had to rush because we had other guests coming in the following day, After some days without an answer then I had a defensive and rejected answer I talked to the site Vrbo and they sent me a mail saying I should take it from the damage deposit. This is something I don't really understand, when we always act and work professionalist and fast to have all things ready and perfect for the guests, and when they don't treat things as it should be, then I get a bad review... I don't really like this kind of tourism and that's why government limit us many times. Fortunatly this is only 1 guest in between many others that like and know how to travel and how to do things.
