La Terrazza sul Duomo est un appartement de luxe situé au troisième étage dans un immeuble ancien du centre de Sienne. Grâce à sa position et sa terrasse, il jouit d'un panorama incroyable, surplombant la Torre del Mangia, le Duomo et San Domenico. Grâce à une intervention architecturale intelligente, des parties du mur avec des pierres d'origine ont été laissées exposées, permettant une immersion totale dans l'ambiance de la cité médiévale. Il se compose de 3 chambres doubles, chacune équipée d'une télévision et d'une armoire, de 2 salles de bains, d'une grande cuisine bien équipée et d'un splendide salon avec cheminée, grand canapé et d'une somptueuse télévision de 72 pouces. Mais le joyau de l'appartement se compose d'une magnifique terrasse, où en plus de profiter d'une vue splendide sur la ville de Sienne, vous pouvez profiter du soleil toscan tout en déjeunant ou en dînant à la confortable table en céramique.

Beautiful Location

This was a beautiful place, well equipped, with good communication. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but well worth it. Parking is a bit far away, so pack accordingly!

Beautiful view in Sienna

Wonderful apartment beautiful view. The bedrooms were very clean and nice. Two full baths was very helpful. Only negative were the a 90 steps. Sienna is my favorite city in the world and this is the perfect location to see it from.

Beautiful! So convenient and in perfect location.

We loved this place and would return. The stair challenge kept us sharp but we all did it no problem. Having a few spices and oils was nice. Beds absolutely comfortable. Linens excellent. Thanks for hosting us - happy new year!

Great apartment with a beautiful view

We really enjoyed Paolo’s apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, well decorated and very functional. Just be aware of the multiple flights of stairs if you are traveling with young ones. Paolo was very accessible and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

Gorgeous apartment!

Beautiful apartment, well maintained and in a perfect location. We would stay here again. Know before you go: - There is a 5-story stair climb to get the apartment with magnificent views, so pack lightly. - I'm glad we made the choice to park at the train station and tale a taxi to the apartment (located in the car-free historical center).

Terrace is fabulous

Clean beautiful property in excellent location. Be aware there are 6/7 long flights of stairs- not two- to the apartment. Gorgeous place and very responsive host. The stairs are steep. But, terrace view is worth it!!!!!!!. Not for anyone with any mobility issues

Recent two-day visit

The property is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit in a 17th century building with a fantastic view of the city. The location in the old town is central and very convenient. The property owner maintained excellent contact via whatsapp. Visitors need to be prepared for carrying luggage up 88 stairs, but the effort is worth it. Visitors also need to be aware of the location of the property in a car-free zone, which for us unfortunately was not well marked. I recommend the rental experience!

Beautiful apartment, amazing location

The apartment is in an amazing location. It is right in the middle of Siena, within a short walking distance of all attractions. It is on the top floor of an old building meaning it is private and quiet - and has the most amazing view from the terrace. Just stunning. The apartment is very spacious - there were 4 of us but it could easily accommodate 6 in the three double bedrooms. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner is very helpful. There is a bit of a walk with luggage to the apartment from the nearest car park and quite a lot of steps to climb to reach the apartment but if you don't mind this (and we didn't at all) then I would highly recommend staying here.

Prime location and Spectacular view.

La Terazza in Siena is an amazing apartment. Thoughtfully furnished in a neo-classical style. Well appointed- the kitchen, fast WiFi, lovely terrace with a view and a large flat screen TV. Very spacious. We only had 3 adults but it easily can accommodate 6 adults. The check-in process is tricky. Involves a door at the street, an interior gate, a lockbox and 91 steps up this penthouse apartment. The host Paolo was very helpful. The effort is WELL worth it. We will return to this place again. Pack light as parking is 10 minutes or more walk and you’ll have several flights of stairs to climb up in the apartment building. It is located on one of Siena’s nicest streets and only 5 minutes from Il Campo and magnificent Duomo.

LOVELY FLAT GREAT VIEWS

Wonderful flat in city center. Communication with the owner and his representative was exceptional. The listing doesn't indicate that there is a shower in the second bath so that was a bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (and even began to develop stamina on the 93 stairs to the flat!

Perfect Location for a visit to Siena

Perfect location for a family visit to Siena. Lovely views and well equipped. 90 stairs so not for the faint hearted but you are at the heart of all the action, restaurants and shops. Everything you need to see or visit is within a couple of minutes walk.

Family Size in Siena

Excellent property and location. Seniors should be aware of 4 or 5 levels of stairs to reach apartment but the payoff is the view from the top floor balcony forming part of the apartment.
