Stunning villa in a quiet neighbourhood less than a mile from the town centre of Playa Blanca and the beautiful Dorada beach. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large outside areas with a large heated pool, sun heated shower and sun loungers. Al fresco dining area with BBQ. The villa offers off the street parking. NO extra charges whatsoever.

Villa was as described. Felt like home from home with all needed items supplied. Glad we had a car as it be a good twenty minute to the nearby Aildi store,Lovely quiet area.Only problem was not having Britsh tv channels.Would definitely return to this villa if coming back to Placa Blanca which has really improved since we were here 4 years ago

Lovely spacious villa

Lovely villa in peaceful locationVilla is very private and has lovely pool and outside area. Approx 25 mins walk to the promenade/ beach but is a nice walk and only 4-5 for taxi alternatively Nice touch with bottle of wine and water left for arrival Would certainly recommend and will definitely be back

Modern villa,great kitchen

Villa was great inside,there was a problem when it rained,outside the front door would flood ! Paint peeling and flaking by the railings on the veranda. Worn sun loungers .We had a great holiday
.the outside just needs some attention and pool cleaning more often

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa and from arrival until we left everything was great. The host was very easy to contact with any questions and always responded promptly. The villa was super clean and very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return! Very nice modern villa with excellent outdoor space and large pool. Grateful for the cot, high chair and baby bath that were supplied by the owners.

Mooie accomodatie

Over het algemeen was de accommodatie prima, netjes, ruim en locatie goed. Een paar extra kopjes zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. De douches zijn voorzien van een douchegordijn en dat is niet echt praktisch. Mooie en fijne keuken. Goed formaat en verwarmd zwembad. Misschien zou een map met wat praktische informatie wel handig zijn ( bv WIFIcode, huisregels met betrekking tot wisselen handdoeken en beddengoed, wat te doen bij vertrek enz.)

Traumhafter Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Ein wirklich superschönes Haus mit Pool und allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich nur wĂŒnschen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter war problemlos und immer sehr zuverlĂ€ssig. Bei Problemen, wĂŒrde sofort reagiert.Wir haben die 4Wochen sehr genossen.Ein Mietwagen ist sehr empfehlenswert.Die Bilder und die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmen zu 100% ĂŒberein.Mietwagen empfehlenswert

Relaxing quiet villa stay

We had a lovely stay in the villa. It’s a 20 minute walk into town which was perfect for us. The villa is in a quiet cul de sac. We didn’t hear a sound from our neighbours throughout our stay. The host was brilliant, answered all our questions promptly in a friendly manner. Thank you. We have stayed in many villas on the island and this one is rated highly. We would love to return.

Lovely Villa

We had a wonderful stay in the villa and the description is very good.The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed.The villa is very spacious and has 2 good size bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. Clean bedding and towels were dropped off weekly. The outside space is large with everything you need for a lazy day around the pool including a bbq. The welcome pack was appreciated. The villa is in a quiet residential area and private. The walk into town is about 20 mins and a €4.50 taxi ride. We used taxis in the evening and the service is very good. There is a cash and carry style supermarket 10 mins walk from the villa. Overall we had a amazing stay so much so we have already booked for next year. The communication between ourselves and Val was excellent we would highly recommend. Charlie C spsssspaciouhashas 2 good

Amazing villa

The villa was one of the cleanest we have rver been in. Although the pool could have been a bit cleaner,but, overall fabulous. The kitchen had every thing you needed, even a knive sharpener, Hence the very sharp knifes, what a bonus. I would definately recommend this villa.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten das Haus im MĂ€rz fĂŒr 4 Wochen gemietet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der große beheizte Pool, die GrĂ¶ĂŸe der RĂ€ume, der ĂŒberdachte und super gegen Wind geschĂŒtzte Sitzbereich außen und der durch ein Tor gesicherte Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Auch der Internetanschluss funktionierte prima. Hervorheben möchten wir auch die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Val, der immer fĂŒr uns da war. Auch die kalten GetrĂ€nke zur BegrĂŒĂŸung, ebenso wie der wöchentliche WĂ€schewechsel, waren sehr willkommen. Wie ĂŒberall ist aber auch hier noch einiges verbesserungsfĂ€hig. Hierzu gehören z. B. Informationen zur Bedienung von Fernseher und GerĂ€ten und zur MĂŒllentsorgung, Auflagen fĂŒr StĂŒhle und Liegen, eine bessere Ausstattung der KĂŒche (z. B. mehr als eine Pfanne), ein WĂ€schekorb, feste Abtrennungen fĂŒr die Duschen statt DuschvorhĂ€ngen und vor allen Dingen bessere Betten und Matratzen im unteren Schlafzimmer. Dies hat aber nichts daran geĂ€ndert, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen haben.

Outstanding Villa

Villa is in first class order in exceptional condition and cleanliness. The villa faces south with sun all day on the swimming pool and patio. We had a problem with no hot water but was fixed in a couple of hours, outstanding response. We are thinking to return again Chris & Sue

Lovely break

We had a lovely break at the villa in Lanzarote. Both inside and outside were wonderful, especially the pool! The villa is a good 20 minute walk from the nearest supermarket but easy enough if willing to walk, scoot or drive.

5 star in every way

We have stayed in villas before in playa blanca but this one tops the lot ....fantastic pool , spotlessly clean , full air-conditioning was superb , upstairs and downstairs toilet / showers ....so easy to get to and a nice walk to centre or 3-4 euro taxi ride only . Communicstion with hosts really good with very prompt replies we will definitely go back . Highly recommend

Everything you could wish for

Superb Villa, it is so well equipped it has everything you could wish for, extremely clean, looks just as it does on the photos no disappointments. its quiet, comfortable and the welcome drinks very much appreciated. missing a welcome pack to help with the short cut walk to town or any of the local activities. But having said that cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. My son and wife have booked for July and we are at the moment getting work cover to come back. don't miss this Villa you wont regret it.
