This is a Studio apartment,which is nicely laid out comprising of Lounge with sofa, bed, Limited selection of channels and kitchen area outside terrace area with table and chairs and a separate bathroom all can be seen in the photos of this advert you have full use of the outside facilities including the pool and communal areas an ideal base for those who would like to explore the island and the Canarian culture and also close to the marina and beaches and the town of Playa Blanca

Lovely small complex in a great location. The apartments are clean and the booking/check in process is easy. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will definitely be booking again.

Host interaction was good, the apartment was clean and there were some appreciated extras. I knew there would be a double sofa bed positioned against the wall so no issues there as it was actually comfortable. In hindsight we did miss each having a side to access the bed from. Our only issue that marred the stay a little bit was the manhole cover in the corner of the room. From which a loud running water sound came from about midday to 10/11 at night. Despite the cleanliness of the apartment there was an underlying smell of damp which we tried to overcome by buying some room fragrances and a candle to burn. I reckon it could only of been coming from the cover. I’m also a light sleeper so afternoon naps and going to bed earlier and night was difficult as the tuning water sound kept me awake. I ended up moving the side table to cover the cover with a large towel and 2 cushions from the bed. Which worked but was a bit of a faff nightly. Apart from that it was as described and VRBO have proved reliable so far.

Good stay

Good stay, however we paid the same price for a studio which was really small to what we had paid for a villa only a few months before hand. We had some really nice other guests so hit on lucky with people who were also in the block.

Bed situation very poor I’m 70 years old

Dog barking of a night and early morning every time I needed to go to the toilet through the night I had to keep waking my wife to get out of bed so I could get out at the age of 70 with bad knees and heart problems not a pleasant stay

Nice small studio

We had some problem to find the door to the studio as there was no clear information. We also had a background noise in this small studio coming from a place next to the bed sofa it was some kind of ripling water. Otherwise all worked ok but not worth the money.

Cute studio apartment

Apartment itself was everything you need on holiday - the shower cubicle is a bit small however the shower itself was great so it was no hardship! Overall a nice little apartment and a lovely pool area with sunbeds.My only criticism would be the bed! It's a studio so we expected a sofa bed, and a normal sofa bed would have been fine, but it was a, albeit very comfortable, sofa bed from Ikea that has a solid fixed 'back and sides' where the cushions are supported when it is a sofa, and this means that only one person can get in and out of bed in the normal way, the other is hemmed in and has to climb over their partner/friend/whoever they are sharing with, to get out of bed, which is extremely inconvenient - it also means that the person on the 'enclosed' side of the bed feels very claustrophobic! (or maybe that's just me!)
