EN VENTE - Cabine Deep Water

Cabane rustique avec bain Ă  remous et quai privĂ© dans une crique profonde. Beaucoup d'eau et une excellente pĂȘche sont garanties par le quai Ă  deux Ă©tages avec une plateforme de bain. IdĂ©alement situĂ© dans le centre du lac Lanier, Ă  proximitĂ© de la riviĂšre Chattahoochee qui rencontre la riviĂšre Chestatee. Les terrains de camping Duckett Mill et une rampe publique de bateaux sont Ă  quelques minutes seulement. Il y a un accĂšs facile Ă  Port Royal Marina avec le restaurant Pelican Pete et Gainesville Marina avec le restaurant Scoggies.

Profitez du temps du lac et des plats de culot sur le vaste palier qui donne sur le lac avec des vues incroyables. Vous pouvez voir le lac à partir de presque toutes les piÚces car la maison se trouve sur un petit point dans une crique isolée.

Il y a un canoĂ« et un kayak de pĂȘche pour votre commoditĂ©. Je demande seulement que vous l'actionniez dans un manoir sĂ©curisĂ©, respectez toutes les lois sur la navigation de plaisance et soit mettez les gilets de sauvetage prĂ©vus ou gardez-les Ă  portĂ©e de main.

Les chiens bien élevés sont les bienvenus, mais il y a des frais non remboursables de 100 $ pour les animaux de compagnie pour le nettoyage supplémentaire Vous serez également responsable de tout dommage que votre animal cause. Il est recommandé de ne pas permettre aux chiens sales et humides à l'intérieur jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient propres et secs. En raison de notre climat tempéré, tous les chiens doivent suivre un programme de lutte contre les puces et les tiques. Limite de 2 chiens. LES CHATS SONT STRICTEMENT INTERDITS.

Wonderful Experience...a 10!

My spouse and I loved our stay. The location was great, the cabin was unique, inviting and intimate. The lake made everything romantic. The amenities were wonderful. We look forward to going there again!

Great getaway location

My husband and I rented this and it was perfect for us! We loved the hot tub, sitting out on the deck, fishing off the dock. This was a perfect vacation for us and we will definitely be back!

Great stay

What a great place! We had a blast. Great cabin right on the lake with a bot house, dock, and so much more. We had the best time with our two pups in this dog friendly cabin. Can not recommend highly enough.

Cozy and peaceful

This was the perfect spot to stay while visiting family in Gainesville and taking some day trips to Mount Yonah and Helen. The location is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views of the lake. We would love to come back in the summer to explore the lake. The owner is very responsive to questions and we had a wonderful stay.

Awesome retreat

Charming!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was quiet amd peaceful and just what we needed. We enjoyed fishing and caught some good sized catfish. We brought our yorkie and he had a blast as well. I had a hard time following the step by step directions on the tv and Mark was very pleasant and helpful when we had to call him. Great place to staywith a wonderful host.

Quick Getaway

This was a great place for a quick getaway! Very clean, beautiful surroundings, and owner was very communicative. I loved the videos he prepared for where to park, how to turn things on, etc. I would stay again. My only caution to anyone looking to book this property is this cabin is perched on the side of a very steep hill. The sleeping quarters are all down a flight of narrow circular stairs. Getting down to the dock and back up to the cabin can be a bit precarious as well. This would not be good for small children or adults with any mobility issues. I did not have my dogs with me on this trip, but my small dogs would probably not have been able to navigate the stairs and would have had to been carried down. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had the most amazing and memorable time at this property. The dock is everything you want and more for a weekend of fun and relaxation. The property is so beautiful- the interior is very comfortable and the exterior is nothing but beautiful views. Perfect cove. We will definitely be back!

The house is absolutely lovely! We enjoyed our stay very much - stayed here while my husband was at a sailing course. There was plenty for me and my 2 sons to do at the house during the week. Very cozy home and location. Thank you :)

Private, quiet, yet close to town

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. We loved how super private and quiet the location was, as this is a dead end street. Close to restaurants, Publix, etc. The cabin itself was really cute and very clean and well kept. We would definitely come back! Only con was that our dogs were scared to go down the spiral stair case, but this was easily remedied by walking downstairs outside on the side yard and entering the bedroom via the downstairs slider. Overall highly recommend!

Great place to get away!

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Secluded, on the lake with a great view, close enough to town, efficiently equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We had so much fun with the canoe and kayak. My son loved jumping from the top of the boathouse and dock. We caught some catfish while we were fishing from the dock. Mark is so nice and helpful with any questions you may have. We would love to stay here again.

The lake today has become a collection of giant waterfront McMansions built for massive parties and huge families. Haley's Point is quaint little cabin perfect for a small family looking to build lasting memories or a nice couple looking for a place to relax. Haley's Point is a perfect little spot that is clean, safe and licensed by the state and county.
