El Constante est un symbole de la côte du golfe du Texas depuis plus de 30 ans. Ce complexe bien entretenu et adapté aux familles est la destination en front de mer que votre famille visitera pour vous faire vivre des souvenirs inoubliables. De toutes les unités, vous pouvez entendre le doux murmure des vagues déferlant sur le rivage et être à quelques pas des kilomètres de plages du Texas balayées par les vents.
Commencez votre journée avec une tasse de café et une belle promenade sur la digue tout en admirant un magnifique lever de soleil sur le golfe du Mexique. Plusieurs destinations de restauration et de divertissement sont des activités proches et populaires telles que la pêche sur la plage et la jetée; surfer, faire de l'équitation ou simplement se détendre et profiter du soleil sont au bout de vos doigts. Le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn est maintenant ouvert et se trouve à seulement 5 km. Si vous apportez un bateau, vous apprécierez l'accès à proximité aux rampes de mise à l'eau et au système de canaux, ici sur l'île.
Ce magnifique complexe offre également l'un des paramètres de piscine les plus sereins que vous trouverez et la piscine est chauffée pour le plaisir toute l'année. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à faire des souvenirs de famille, vous ne trouverez pas un meilleur complexe en bord de mer que El Constante.

INTÉRIEUR
Vous pouvez dormir 4 dans cette unité de piscine rustique qui vient avec un lit king size ainsi qu'un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Situé au rez-de-chaussée, ce logement comprend une chambre principale privée avec dressing, une cuisine ouverte, un coin repas et salon ainsi qu'une spacieuse salle de bains adjacente.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L'invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. Cette unité n'est pas les animaux de compagnie.

Quaint condo with great location

Condo was clean if a bit dated. Location was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The condo did have a musty smell and may need to have the a/c filter changed. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Unfortunately the noise level was much higher than I expected from the upstairs neighbors (who constantly sounded like a herd of elephants) and the 4 AC units right outside the bedroom window. I would recommend earplugs. Otherwise it was a clean unit, could use some updating and a new fridge (as this one leaked water on our food).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. The only thing I would suggest is they delime all the shower heads around the property. Even the shower head in the unit needed it. I didn't use the laundry room so I cant say how that was. A lot of maintenance was being done around the place but thankfully it didn't affect me. That's a good sign that it's important to them to keep the place in shape. Everyone was so nice. Even the people visiting like me.

Wonderful property for a vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this little place. It is a more secluded area than we have stayed before, and we enjoyed that aspect. Having the pool literally at our doorstep was amazing, and the beach was just a short walk past the property. The condo was nice and clean. The only two critiques I want to mention is that while the bed was comfortable, it creaks and groans very loudly every time someone moves. Also, the metal chairs scraped loudly against the tile floor every time they were moved. That could be corrected quite easily with some felt pads. Overall, we loved the place and the property and would definitely stay here again.
