Relax and unwind with the whole family on this first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front condo. The only thing separating you from the beach is a small patch of grass and a seawall. Enjoy a 180 degree direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sip some coffee on the front patio as you watch the sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico.
This condo is a perfect place to make life-long memories with the whole family. This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comes equipped with one king sized bed, one queen sized bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa. The front door is 10 steps away from a heated (in the colder months) pool. The back door leads right out to the seawall and beach. Come experience why people have vacationed at Island House for generations.
Located at the Island House in Corpus Christi. Heated pool (in the colder months), guest laundry, wifi, full kitchen. Two smart televisions.

This was the perfect spot on the beach, with a thoughtful but not intrusive host. I will for sure check availability here first when I return, I may even plan around its availability

The view is absolutely amazing! Although it was cold, the location and view were perfect for a reset. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which says a lot if it comes from me because I have a terrible back. I slept longer than I have in a very long time. I highly recommend staying here if you want the perfect location.

Awesome place to stay! Walk out the back door and you are on the beach boardwalk, walk out the front door and you are at the heated pool and just a few steps to the office and laundry! Everything was cozy and comfortable inside the condo. Lots of little extras some other hosts don't think to provide. The host was awesome, always quick to respond. Best beach view you can get at Whitecap Beach!!! Hope we get to go back again!

April Beach getaway

The condo is beautifully well kept. The decor is current and fresh. The owners were communicative and prompt in responding and forthcoming in giving updated information. They provided amenities to kick your vacation off on the right footing. Plenty of good towels and linens. condo has outside rinse stations that we were able to rinse our dog from a visit to the beach. Great walking path along the beach. The condo is properly stocked with everything you might need. We will definitely be back. Loved all about it.

Amazing views!

We loved it here! Views of the beach are unbeatable! Older complex but well kept. Very clean and quiet. Condo was well equipped and very well maintained. Had some fabulous food at Paul’s Seafood Market and great coffee at Island Joe’s. Owners were awesome. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

Autumn Beach

Jason, we truly appreciated your kindness, communication and offering such a beautiful condo for our 3 night stay. We have stayed numerous times at Island House Condominiums and in fact, it is the only place we ever stay.  The units offer such easy access to the beach, as well as the mile+long concrete beach promenade, great for morning walks w our dog and my elderly parent. Your unit was spotless, the furniture very comfortable, and I appreciated the coffee pods and waters in the fridge when we arrived. Also, thank you for providing detergent for the new, very clean, onsite laundry facilities. It certainly came in handy after several mishaps between sand, sea and rainshowers.  The staff I found remarkably helpful and friendly, esp. trying to figure out dog friendly restaurants. They assisted us with the beach canopy and chair rentals, and even helped a granny learn how to navigate TV remotes...we are old and the kids were not with us this time to help (: I hope you will allow us to visit again soon. Best place to stay for the beach

Everything about the place was great. Staff were nice, host was the best, great location for the beach and were evan able to bring our dog. 10/10 best place to stay. The family and I will definitely be back

Right on the beach

I loved the condo and the location was great. I wish they had a hot tub at the property though. The small pool was a kiddie pool and not a hot tub. The condo itself was very clean and the view was amazing!
