Any time I called with a question the staff had all the answers and were very nice. The bathroom door knob didn't turn but would open and close properly. We never got locked in or out. Thats the only issue. Would rent this room again.

There were only a couple of things that could be improved and would be an easy fix. One is dust the top of the fridge. This unit is cute, but it comes with very little space for panty items, etc. The top of the fridge would have been a good place for extra items, but it was very dusty. The other issue I ran into was this particular unit did not have a broom. I think it’s essential to have one in each unit considering amount of sand that one could bring into it. Otherwise, overall experience was great!

Great place…. HORRIBLE NEIGHBORS!

Everything was perfect for a nice get away with family. Unfortunately a school group also stayed here that thought staying up late wrestling and yelling until 2am was a good idea. We had the bottom floor they the upper. I felt like they were fixing to come through the roof multiple times! I don’t know if the floors/building is just that noisy but I’ll be sure to ask if a large kid/teen group will be there if I book again. lol! Overall we managed and had a nice stay.

The AC was a bit noisy and the bedroom was so bright at night, with a outdoor lamppost right outside the window, made it hard to sleep, maybe if there were black out curtains instead of sheers it would have been a better night. Otherwise everything was very nice and comfortable.

Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept it! We slept later than we ever have the first night! The second night the upstairs neighbors moved in with a kid that was having a track meet in the morning and the parents were stomping around. I guess it’s a trade off between having noisy neighbors on your ceiling or hauling you stuff up the stairs. The unit was very convenient. It is a little dated with the fixtures and bathroom but the furniture is new. If it were my place I would spend the $20 to get a new toilet seat since the one has two chips in it. My only complaint was I wished the parking spaces were numbered. If we are allowed 2 spaces, why was at least 1 in front of our unit not available? We would stay there again.
