Sur la plage de Monterey! Profitez des vues imprenables sur la baie, notamment Cannery Row et Fisherman's Wharf, ainsi que d'une cuisine et d'un coin repas modernes, d'une terrasse et d'un patio avec barbecue.
Cette maison dispose d'un espace de divertissement entièrement équipé: 3 téléviseurs, 3 lecteurs de DVD, un lecteur de CD et une station d'accueil pour iPod.  La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend une machine Nespresso (et des capsules gratuites).
Trois chambres aménagées de façon nautique complètent l'emplacement de ce paradis en bord de mer: un lit Cal-King, un lit Queen et deux lits jumeaux, ainsi qu'un loft avec quatre lits jumeaux. REMARQUE: la chambre en mezzanine n'est accessible que par un escalier à coulisse étroit (voir photo). Veuillez discuter avec toute personne envisageant de dormir dans la chambre mansardée si cela pourrait poser un problème de sécurité ou d'accès.

Cleanliness poor, needs renovation, accommodations mis represented, great location

When we arrived at 120 Tide it was obvious it had not been cleaned. The sheets on some of the beds were slept in, there were old washed towels in the washer, there was no toilet paper, soap , or any supplies in the bathrooms to get started with, and tons of left over food in the fridge. Not a good beginning to our stay. The management company and cleaning company worked with us and gave us a free cleaning to compensate, but it didn’t set a good tone for the beginning of our stay. The property advertises four bedrooms, but beware. One of the bedrooms is a an attic remodel that is accessed by aluminum fold up stairs. Any adult over twenty who would need to come down those stairs in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom would take their life in their hands. Consider it a three bedroom unit unless you have young children who love going up and down stairs for fun and living in an attic that is open to the living area below. The unit is in a great location and right across the street from the beach, but there is lots of action every day and night from beach goers. Lots of good people watching.

We deeply apologize for this oversight. We've successfully managed thousands of reservations in hundreds of properties, but every so often something occurs beyond our control. In this case, the owner's adult children visited the home without following protocol - so their stay was not on the cleaner's or the inspector's schedules. As far as the attic loft and access, it's explained clearly on our site (along with photos). We agree it is only for the young and/or agile (but many young guests absolutely love it).

Wanting to escape the heat of the August desert, we always head towards Monterey. The ambiance of the area, coupled with the nicest accommodations ever experienced there, we booked the month with Tides Inn. The house was situated on the first row of Del Monte Beach. The home was clean, all of the appliances were fully functional and the whales treated us to so many evening shows, as we enjoyed the sunsets. The garage was a very pleasant accuterement.

The ambiance of the area, coupled with the nicest accommodations ever experienced there, we booked the month with Tides Inn. The house was situated on the first row of Del Monte Beach. The home was clean, all of the appliances were fully functional and the whales treated us to so many evening shows, as we enjoyed the sunsets. The garage was a very pleasant accoutrement. The chairs, beach chairs, etc. added to the joy. Yes, there were a couple of changes that would be nice, such as updating the washer/dryer to handle the wonderful blankets, etc that required washing at a nearby coin operated laundry. But none would prevent our returning next season. Michelle, our representative, was very attentive to our needs. We’re looking forward to next season already!!’

The perfect family vacation home.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at the Tides In property. Every detail was well thought out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of towels, etc. There were Beach chairs and beach towels provided. We had a group of 8 people and this house was perfect for our group. Now, let's talk about the location. Right on Del Monte beach. The ONLY negative would be the beach traffic on the street, but the view from the living room, kitchen and deck is gorgeous and makes it worth the extra traffic. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do. Easy driving distance (except for some traffic) to Fisherman's Wharf, the aquarium, Cannery Row, Pebble Beach, Carmel, etc. We highly recommend this property for your vacation. You won't regret it.
