Au coeur de Dubrovnik (à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale de Dubrovnik Stradun), studio entiÚrement équipé avec toutes les commodités pour un séjour confortable avec la vue panoramique sur certains des célÚbres remparts et forteresses de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik, et avec une belle vue sur l'ßle de Dubrovnik Lokrum.

Notre appartement panoramique 2 étoiles est entiÚrement meublé avec tous les appareils nécessaires pour un séjour confortable, une grande terrasse privée séparée avec barbecue, un endroit idéal pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dßner avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la vieille ville. Le Studio dispose d'une terrasse privée avec barbecue et des appareils pour la préparation du repas en plein air, un jardin avec de nombreux arbres fruitiers méditerranéens, tels que le citron, l'orange, l'appricot, le pomigranate, le raisin et le néflier.

L'emplacement de la ville est résidentiel, trÚs vert et calme, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville avec une zone touristique dynamique et animée.

Du 10 juillet au 25 août, vous pourrez profiter dans la vieille ville du festival d'été de Dubrovnik. C'est un festival de musique traditionnelle et classique et un théùtre de renommée internationale. Des artistes célÚbres comme Ramón Vargas, Julian Rachlin, Denyce Graves, Leo Nucci et Cristina Gallardo Domùs ont tous été invités à ce festival.

Lovely little place. Older style decor but very clean. Very well stocked with everything you could ever need. Owners really nice people and always available to help with anything we needed. Garden area really nice although we didnt use much. Location wise its a great location close to the old town and lots of restaurants. Apartment is up a lot of steps which we were not prepared for however the whole of dubrovnik has a lot of steps so this couldnt be helped. Just be prepared to do a lot of steps anywhere in the city. Overall had a great stay and would recommend this apartment for price and location.

Matilda’s excellent apartment

Perfect little one bedroom right outside the city walls of Dubrovnik. Took about 7-8 min to walk from apartment to city walls which is excellent location. Host was very nice and respectful and has a beautiful garden to hang out in with fresh lemons, limes, and grapes. 10/10 would recommend.

Very clean studio apartment with a private garden from which the host supplied us with limes,grapes and pomegranates. Nice view from the garden of the sea and old town/ city walls. Unit itself had no view but was comfortable. Everything worked well including a small washing machine.

We were greeted by fantastic host Matilda. She showed us everything in detail, answered all of our questions and left us a bottle of wine and a delicious homemade apple strudel. We were confused about how to make coffee so she brought us coffee the first morning. Apartment was very clean. Incredible view from private terrace of old city walls and the sea. Highly recommend.

Not meeting expectations

Studio is very small, with only one window (in the entrance door). No real great views. 80 steps up from the road. Pictures are misleading, as there is a mix of photos of the two appartments that they are leasing on the site. Would not go back or recomend.

Great location close to Old City

This studio apartment, though small is well equipped and has a lovely garden for relaxing in and for a BBQ if required. Matilda was responsive to help guide us upon arrival. It has a great view over the city and a good base to walk down to and back up from Dubrovnik. The cable car to Panorama restaurant (book early if you want a table with best views) and bus link back to airport are very close. We pre-purchased the 3 day Dubrovnik card and felt that was a good option with City walls, museums and a trip to Cavtat included. The only minor issue we had was that we did get a number of ant bites (from inside and out spaces), We would happily recommend this apartment to explore this beautiful city.

Great place to stay - happy we did

We really enjoyed staying here. Perfect to be up on the hill enjoying a peaceful garden and away from the crazy, busy old town. Yet, it was a close walk away. Communication was very good, easy, fast, and responsive. The room is small, but it didn't matter when every morning and evening, we enjoyed a great patio with a lovely view, wonderful garden, and delicious grapes growing all around us. Our hosts were helpful and lovely people. Recommend staying

Appartement conforme Ă  la description, avec une terrasse vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able. Mathilda a vraiment Ă©tĂ© parfaite pour l’accueil, les conseils, les services. Nous avons pu profiter Ă  fond de dubrovnik grĂące Ă  la localisation de l'appartement ( 5 min de la vieille ville). Le wi-fi dans l'appartement, la clim, la possibilitĂ© de faire des machines de linges... Bref je conseille cet appartement pour des vacances en couple.

Great little apartment!

Matilda’s apartment is a stone throw away from the old town centre. The apartment is really small but we expected that when we arrived, it was well equipped with everything we needed. It had a nice outside sitting area with a great view! Matilda was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at hers on the day we had to check out. I would recommend this to couples coming to Dubrovnik:) it’s a great place to explore the city!
