Communication with the host was very good, they met us at the property and showed us around. Nothing has changed since our last visit four years ago, facilities are good, furniture is comfortable as are the beds. The kitchen is a good size, but the electric oven is a little dated. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the train station, the promenade and beach with two supermarkets close by. The area has numerous excellent restaurants and bars nearby .

Ha sido un verdadero placer alojar a estos huéspedes. Han sido muy respetuosos, amables y comunicativos durante toda la estancia. Dejaron el alojamiento impecable, perfecto, como si fuera su casa, cuidaron todo con esmero y siguieron las normas de la casa perfectamente. La comunicación fue fluida y agradable desde el primer momento. Sin duda, volvería a recibirlos con mucho gusto y los recomiendo al 100 % a cualquier anfitrión

Gracias por tu sincera valoración. Pero las obras en el edificio no son algo que puedas evitar, son mejoras para las viviendas. Y sentimos muchísimo que sufrieran las molestias y el ruido

The hosts were wonderfully welcoming and made everything easy with clear, friendly communication before I arrived. They met me at the apartment, showed me around, and were quick to respond to any questions on WhatsApp.The apartment is spacious and in a fantastic location—perfect for exploring Fuengirola and Los Boliches. It’s practically on the beach, yet close to trains and buses, so getting around couldn’t be simpler. The building is well kept, and the lift worked perfectly.One of the highlights was sitting out on the balcony for meals and people-watching. There was a little noise from the plaza in the evenings, but nothing intrusive and it stopped well before midnight. Inside, the apartment had everything I needed: TV, kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, a good-sized table for catching up on work, and most importantly, really comfortable beds.The hosts even thought of the little touches—blankets for cooler evenings, cozy quilts, and electric radiators if the temperature plummeted.A great stay that I’d happily repeat. Highly recommend both the apartment and the hosts!

Fuengirola Property ID 1747651

Everything was perfect for our stay of 1 month in the Los Boliches area of Fuengirola. We were in contact with the apartment owners throughout the booking process who answered all of our questions promptly. We were met by the apartment owners on arrival, in fact we changed our arrival time at the last minute and they accommodated our request without any problems. They also organised secure underground parking for us for a small fee which was important as we knew that parking on street in Fuengirola is difficult. The apartment is ideally located as its 2 minutes from the train station where you can go to the airport and Malaga town directly every 20 minutes, so if you don't intent to drive it is perfectly located for a beach holiday. There are large supermarkets and a great fish and meat market nearby as well as numerous restaurants and bars catering for every type of cuisine. Los Boliches is a great area to explore with many interesting traditional shops away from the beachfront tourist areas. The beachfront promenade is spotlessly clean and you can walk end to end over a 5 mile stretch of beach. The apartment was perfect for our extended stay , with a well equipped kitchen and a pleasant living area and comfortable bedrooms, the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The owners had went out of there way to provide beach chairs, beach towels and parasols so we did not need to buy anything extra. Everything worked perfectly including the high speed broadband that was easily set up on all my devices.

Comfortable apartment in Los Boliches.

Charming hosts Antonio and Maricarmen. Large tv with english channels, good wi-fi, comfortable beds and sofa, 2 reclining chairs, great kitchen, lovely view of the square. In all a great apartment.

Ideal Situation and very comfortable

We stayed in this apartment for over eight weeks and were very pleased with all aspects. My wife Christine has limited mobility and the situation is brilliant with the beach on your doorstep; shops and Supermarkets only minutes away. The train station is also a very short walk away, with a very regular 20 minute service between Fuengirola and Malaga plus all stops on the way. There are many and varied bars and restaurants all around; and for those visitors from UK a bar just up the road that does excellent take-away fish and chips. For winter visitors the apartment is well supplied with heaters and also has the benifit of IPTV with all UK stations including both Sky and BT sports John & Christine

A lovely apartment in a prime location.

My wife and I spent two weeks in the apartment from the 22nd May to 5th June 2018. We were greeted by the very nice owners Mariacaren and Antonio, who explained to us about all the amenities in the apartment. The apartment is immaculate and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It is situated on the square with lots of restaurants all around and some nice wee pubs just up the street. It was an ideal spot for us.

Lovely apartment, perfect location

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location on San Rafael square, just metres from the beachfront. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and just 5 minutes walk from the train station in Los Boliches. We were met by the owners, a lovely Spanish couple, who showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 week stay. Would definitely recommend. You won't be disappointed.

wonderful apartment

Just returned from two wonderful weeks in Los Boliches, we were met by a lovely Spanish couple, and with them not speaking English and us not speaking Spanish, they showed us round the apartment and explained everything to us. The apartment was everything we could have wanted, the location is close to the train station, buses, two good supermarkets, travel agent for booking trips, bars, restaurants, beach and a good amount of shops. The balcony is amazing for passing the time of day and people watching and some spectacular sunrises. We have been to Fuengirola many times but this was by far the best location, and as soon as we get our dates sorted for next year we will be planning to book it again. Piso espacioso, elegante y muy cómodo. Pasamos unos dias estupendos, ya que la situación es inmejorable, con vistas a la plaza y al mar y disfrutamos mucho de la terraza. Muy accesibles los supermercados, la estacion del tren de cercanias, y de buenos sitios donde comimos y tapeamos. La limpieza, perfecta; y la amabilidad de los anfitriones excelente. Sin duda, pasaremos una temporada más larga próximamente!!!!!
