Appartement confortable, contemporain et tranquille avec vue sur la mer dans le centre de la ville

Admirez la vue sur la mer et écoutez les vagues déferler depuis la terrasse de cet appartement confortable et entièrement climatisé. Décoré et meublé selon des normes élevées, vous le trouverez sans aucun doute comme votre maison loin de chez vous. En raison de son emplacement au onzième étage et de la faible densité de circulation environnante, cet appartement offre également un cadre de vie calme et silencieux et une pause apaisante après une longue journée à la plage.

Il y a deux chambres; une avec un lit double extra large de 180 cm et un accès direct à la terrasse, et une autre avec deux lits simples avec matelas de haute qualité. Les deux chambres sont équipées d'armoires encastrées du sol au plafond.

Toutes les draps et les serviettes sont nettoyées à sec professionnellement avant votre arrivée.

Le salon offre un espace ouvert comprenant une cuisine moderne et entièrement équipée, un petit coin repas et un coin salon avec un canapé trois places convertible en un lit double de très haute qualité. Sur la terrasse adjacente de dix mètres carrés, il y a deux chaises longues confortables et une table pour profiter de la vue avec une boisson fraîche à la main. Il y a Internet haute vitesse par fibre et TV internationale dans l'appartement.

La plage est à moins d'une minute à pied du bâtiment, et autour du pâté de maisons et le long de la promenade de la plage, vous trouverez un grand choix de cafés, bars, restaurants, supérettes et glaciers. Le supermarché est à seulement cinq minutes à pied et un panier est disponible dans l'appartement. Le zoo de Fuengirola et le château de Solhail sont à seulement dix minutes à pied, et il y a une pharmacie à droite et deux sociétés de location de voitures dans le bâtiment.

La gare de Fuengirola, avec des arrivées de l'aéroport de Malaga toutes les 20 minutes, est située à deux kilomètres de l'appartement. Il y a des taxis juste devant la gare.
Alternativement, je peux prendre des dispositions pour que mon chauffeur de taxi vienne vous chercher à l'aéroport avec des véhicules grands ou petits, selon la taille de votre groupe.

Another Day in Paradise!

The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and with modern appliances and a well appointed kitchen. The view from the balcony is a front row seat to stunning sunrises over the sea. The apartment is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Fuengirola. We found the owner to be personable and very responsive.

Wow, what is not to love about this stay...NOTHING!!! The appartement is exactly as in the photos. Situated on the 11th floor facing the ocean, the views from both the master bedroom and the living room are heavenly. They are only "beaten" by the ones from the large balcony...It is equiped with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink! The building is situated in the central part of Fuengirola very near to downtown. Within walking distance are lots of excellent restaurant, bars, souvenirs shops and the beach! The kitchen is very well equiped with high quality appliances. There are lots of utensils, plates, glasses, cups and cookware. The kitchen table extends from 2 to 4 guests easily. There is a grocery store nearby (5 min walk) and the appartement is equiped with a very good quality trolley to transport purchases back to the flat. The 2 rooms are very comfortable; high quality mattresses; lots of sheets, storage for hanging clothes or in drawers. Flatscreen TV and lots of chanels in the living room. As for the owner Stefan, what a joy he was to deal with. Upon request, he organized our transport to and from the airport. In March-April 2026, the cost was 39 euros each way. When we contacted him via the VRBO app, he replied within minutes with the accurate information. A true gentleman. We would not hesitate one second to book another stay at this flat. Our time there was truly awesome. Thank you Stefan!!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung, und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Ein sehr schöner Blick aufs Meer, und eine sehr schöne Umgehung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inn der Nähe, und die Kommunikation mit Stefan hat sehr gut geklappt, obwohl ich nur ein wenig Englisch spreche.Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wonderful holiday. We have visited Fuengirola for over 25 years as a couple and then a family. We obviously knew the area but Stefan's apartment is just perfect. Great location near our favourite part of the beach and Gali Gali restaurant. Night time you can stay close or take the very short walk to the more bustling squares in town or Fish Alley. Couldn't fault the apartment for cleanliness, facilities (home from home) and also the communication and ease on arrival and departure. We finally got there Stefan, after a 2 year wait (Covid!). Thanks again and we will be back.

My Partner and I stayed here for the month of January 2022 and we wanted a homely apartment as we knew that whilst twice the temperature of the UK, it would not be beach weather! Rest assured that Stefan has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge and everything you need should you want to cook. The super king sized memory foam bed is extremely comfortable and the large flat screen satellite tv has Netflix, so what’s not to love?! The view is spectacular with the sight and sounds of the Med from the sunny balcony and the rear view of the mountain vistas make this apartment truly special.

Perfect apartment in a fab location

We spent a wonderful 6 days in this lovely apartment. It was super quiet and the beds were oh so comfortable. The location is just great 2 minutes away from the beach and paseo. The only thing was the international TV channels didn't always work - but all in all just wonderful and we hope to make it our go-to-place in Fuengirola!!!

Fuengirola is located in the very heart of Costa del Sol, with all places of interest within less than half an hour by car. The apartment is also in the very heart of Fuengirola itself, with an array of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants right at its footstep, including the beach which is a mere 200 meters away. Located on the eleventh floor, you enjoy almost total silence once you retire back from the warm, sandy beach or the bustling street life.
