Newly purchased for our VRBO inventory we have opened this Tucson Central Gem. Great walking area with sidewalks and mini library book boxes. We are currently and have been five star Hosts on all our properties and know how to treat you. The Saltillo tile gives the home that cool, comfortable Spanish flare. There is a pellet stove for the cold nights and for the warm nights, cool off in the pool. Enjoy the large bay windows looking out to the pool area. Fun to be had, just needs you.
There are two houses on the estate that are completely separate from each other.

We had a great time in Tucson. Spent the weekend visiting our son who attends UofA so the close proximity to the university was appreciated. We arrived late from the airport but had no trouble checking in, thanks to perfect instructions from Craig and Todd. Our teenagers enjoyed cooling off at the pool after a day out in the desert. Had no trouble whatsoever and would definitely return to this location for future visits

We had a great time staying there. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for two sets of adults and a teenager. The hosts were communicative and friendly. We also appreciated the air-conditioning!

Great location!

In Tucson with family to visit family. This home was a great location for us. And easy walking distance to some restaurants. Host was great at providing instructions and information for our stay. Backyard was great to enjoy the sun!

Amazing Home and Location!

My daughter and I stayed here for our trip to the Tucson Gem Show. It was perfect for us in every way! The location was close to all the venues and tons of restaurants to choose from. We took one day to just hang out in the sun and enjoy the pool. It was so relaxing and just what we needed. Thank you!!!

Great house in a great location

The property was easy to find, very clean and well stocked. The hot tub was lovely for the chilly nights, we didn’t use the pool as weather was too cold. The fireplace warmed up the place nicely in our last night. Close to national parks, entertaining and dining. A great place and the hosts were friendly and had great communication. Would definitely recommend to friends and family wanting to visit Tucson.

Tucson Retreat

The home is a nicely remodeled older home with interesting decor and furnishings. It would be a good choice for families as well as couples. We loved the outdoor pool area even though it was too cold to swim in January. There is however a hot tub on site for use. The location is pretty good and centered in the older part of town. It’s not real walkable unless your used to walking .5 a 1-miles to get to restaurants.

Fabulous stay!

A group of 4 of us stayed to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday. We had a lovely time, the hot tub, pool, and backyard were quite relaxing. The hosts were great with communications and we felt if we needed anything we could reach out. Luckily, we didn’t need anything, the house had it all. Wonderful stay, we’ll be back again in the future. Highly recommend this place!

Golf vacation

Great location for access to great coffee and breakfast sandwiches, golf, cocktail bars, breweries and restaurants. Very comfortable and roomy house, quiet neighborhood and we loved the hot tub !! Craig was super responsive to any questions.

50th Reunion Trip

Rental was perfect! Great location and family loved the pool and patio. Beds were very comfy. We visit Tucson often as family in area. This rental is now at the top of our list!

Great place for a getaway

This property is great!! Communication with the hosts is easy & they are responsive. The kitchen is very well stocked - from dishes to spices! The seating in the common area was very comfortable - great place to hang out. The pool was amazing & refreshing
perfect for the 100+ degree heat. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms very clean & well stocked. The home is welcoming and helped make our trip to Tucson special.

Relaxing Long Weekend

Our Second Stay Here

We returned to this home for a second year in a row. Our kids love the pool and hot tub and we enjoy being in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to town and attractions. The owners are very responsive and welcoming.
