Relax in this serene gem located in midtown Tucson. This classic-style Tucson household invites you to kick off your shoes and feel right at home. Our private pool and back patio is perfect for cooling off after a hot summer day. Or relax in our warm 4-person Jacuzzi during the winter. Just 1.5 miles from the University of Arizona and 10 minutes from downtown nightlife! Bring your own bike! This casa is also placed by a popular bike path connecting 9 parks and 10 schools including the UofA.

➀ The living room and bedrooms are fully equipped with smart T.V.s. and/or Roku's. All you need to do is sign in with your account. Disney+ and Discovery+ guest accounts will be an option.

➀ Our bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized memory foam beds and memory foam gel pillows, ensuring you will have a great night's sleep.

The home, laundry room, and private backyard will be entirely yours to relax in.



Other things to note

➀There is no access to the garage.

➀There are vacant buildings with windows on the other side of the wall overlooking the back patio area. No one is currently occupying the buildings due to a fire. Rest assured the back patio area is private.

➀The pool is not heated but enjoy our newly installed 4-person hot tub instead.

Very comfortable and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed coming back in the late afternoon fir a refreshing dip in the pool followed by food on the patio.

Home away from home

House was perfect for us. We were visiting our granddaughter. After finals, it was ideal chilling for out, enjoying the pool. Close to good restaurants . Would definitely stay here again

Super stay in a lovely Oasis. We had never been to Tucson and having this sweet spot to return to was just right. We didn’t use the hot tub as the weather was hot, hot, hot. The pool was perfect for us. Private a refreshing for several dips throughout the day. We will stay here anytime we are back in Tucson.

Never found the laundry room. Some dishes were dirty in the pantry and lightbulbs were out in the bedroom, but I’m sure those are easy fixes. AC worked well. Nice living area. Appreciate the condiments and drinks in the fridge. Pool and hot tub were refreshing and clean. Neighborhood is iffy but after exploring Tucson, a lot of areas were that way. Host was friendly

Tucson visit

I was visiting family in Tuscon and found this property to be conveniently located. Our communication with Christopher was great. We were travel from MD and driving in from Phoenix and Christopher worked with us to arrange for a slightly earlier check in than 4 which was very helpful. It was great to have a pool given that the temps had reached 100 the first two days we were there. Overall our stay was great and we would stay there again.

Perfect for beating the summer heat

We chose this place because it had a private pool, and was centrally located. Kitchen had all we needed, bedrooms were spacious and the AC worked great. That is also a must in this AZ heat. We have already told friends about this place.

Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but location was good restaurants close by. Pool was maintained well and cleaned while we were there. AC worked great pretty much just what we expected and we would return.

Just fine for our needs

Came out to Tucson on short notice to get some sun. Chris was really responsive to questions. I would have given an overall rating of 4.5 if I could, but that is just because the neighborhood isn't as "quaint" as some others nearby.

Great central location with all that you need

This house had everything we needed. They provided more than expected which was nice - spices, coffee, butter in frig, soap/shampoo in bath. While the house and area is not on the "newer" side (not a lot in Tucson is we found out), it was nicely decorated and comfortable. It is "midtown" so close to UA and central to golf which we were there for. Hubby had to have a jacuzzi and this was quite nice. It was hot so the unheated pool provided a refreshing quick dip. Noticed they have lots of "baby" items in closets so that would be plus if we bring the grandkids next time. Chris was responsive throughout the process. We would definitely stay there again if coming back to Tucson.

Mia figlia Ăš al secondo anno in UoA e desideravo conoscere la cittĂ  in cui vive. L'esperienza Ăš stata fantastica per me! La cittĂ  e le persone incontrate, sempre gentili, mi hanno fatto stare bene. La casa Ăš accogliente, comoda e pulita, con tutto ciĂČ che serve. Ottima posizione, vicinissima all'universitĂ , al centro, ai negozi e alle principali vie di collegamento. Si trova su una via ciclabile ed Ăš molto tranquilla e permette di fare comodamente sport all'aria aperta. Host molto professionale, gentile ed efficiente. TornerĂČ sicuramente per la laurea di mia figlia e senza dubbio soggiornerĂČ ancora qui.

I love to travel and fell in love with the idea of vacation rentals on our first family vacation. We spent the weekend in a cabin up the mountains in Williams, Arizona. We had such a great time I wanted to duplicate that feeling for others who come and stay at our properties.

This neighborhood is in the heart of Tucson! It is so close to everything. Shopping, bike paths, The University of Arizona, and Downtown!

It is a large 2-bedroom house with plenty of space and a decent size private swimming pool. We also added a hot tub for a relaxing experience. Perfect place to rest and enjoy a vacation.
