Great views, well maintained home. Convenient to launch kayaks. Clubhouse short walk away. Short walk to grocery store and easy drive to Indian River Inlet.

Wonderful Stay!

We spent one wonderful week at Bethany Beach here, together with grandparents and child. The house was exactly as described - thoughtfully decorated and provisioned, cleaned, and clearly cared for. We communicated with the owners a couple of times before and after our stay, and the responses were always timely and helpful. The location is very convenient - a five-minute drive to the beaches, and close to fabulous seafood and deli markets. We'll definitely look to return!

Beach Vacation

Very impressed with the house, location and fabulous view for sunset watching and early morning coffee. Only one item to improve was the internet was sometimes spotty not sure is internal or due to the internet provider. Overall an excellent 2 weeks. Will consider for next year. 5 stars!

Beautiful home and location

This property is spectacular. The home is lovely with a beachy peaceful vibe that made it easy to relax. The view is wonderful with a gorgeous sunset every night. We loved having use of the kayaks and a couple of bikes. The club house pool and fitness center is also great if you choose to use it. Only thing I wish it had was a grill on the property. There is one at the pool but it was not ideal to use. Note to the owner: The dryer needs servicing. It tumbles but doesn’t dry.

Wonderful spot!

We had a great stay. The townhome was beautiful and had the best view of the marsh. Right around the bend from the main club house. We enjoyed so many evenings watching the sun set! Great location only 10 minutes from the beach. Grocery store one block away. Great biking trail that was easy to access. The owners where also so kind and easy to chat with. They made sure that we where settled and having a good time. Thankful for the beautiful home and great sunshine. Thanks for renting to us! CHEERS!

Absolutely beautiful location ! Beautiful townhouse!

We have stayed in several places in The Bethany Area and this was hands down our favorite place! The views are fantastic! The townhouse is clean and modern. Bethany town center is only minutes away. This VRBO was wonderful and we hope to return!

A house with a spectacular view

It's all about the view and this one is a grand slam. Enjoy bird watching and glorious sunsets from your marsh-front porch. We had a great week- thanks for the memories.

Exceeded expectations

Very neat and clean and plenty of water and beach items to use along with fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful view. COVID restrictions at community center were a bit of a bummer, but expected.

Wonderful getaway with a great view

We loved our stay! We felt safe and relaxed in this clean and well kept home. We enjoyed kayaking, biking, tennis, the beach and the terrific view from the front porch. Quick drive to Fenwick, OC and Rehoboth. Jim and Laura were very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this property!

Great Views - Great Townhouse - Best Sunset!

Booked this wonderful property for a short and last-minute getaway. Jim and Laura were super easy to work with and made the rental experience seamless. It's a nice, quiet community, close to everything. Perfect fit for my family of 5. The house is decorated beautifully and even nicer than pictured. Have to mention the mattress in the Master bedroom - it was so comfortable - we had 3 great nights of sleep! First trip to DE beaches - Bethany Beach was nice, parking was easier than expected; also took a short drive south to a great beach at Fenwick Island State Park. The owners provide so many useful amenities, beach chairs, bikes - wish we would've had time to enjoy the kayaks. Great property - highly recommend!

We loved the view, the pool, game from, tennis and the peaceful location. Kayaking, biking and fitness center. Easy and fast drive to the beach. No trouble parking at all. Super comfy beds too!
