One of the two guest rooms contains a Queen size bed and is almost like it's own private suite. This room also adjoins to a ground floor bonus living area with a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. The third guest bedroom includes a full size bed as well as a twin bunk bed.

Just 2 minutes from the Silver Sands premium outlet mall and 4 minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort there will be plenty to see and do within a short drive of your beach front condo. Within walking distance you will find numerous dining options and surf shops including a coffee shop, Pompano Joe's beachfront tiki bar and restaurant, as well as Alvin’s Island Surf Shop.
