Your perfect beach vacation is about to begin! Mainsail 286 is a top-floor, gulf-front Miramar Beach vacation rental that offers a necessary break from everyday life. This nautically-inspired condo is sunny, spacious, and welcoming. It offers incredible views of the iconic Destin beaches and is less than a one-minute walk from the shore. This two-bedroom, two-bath vacation condo can comfortably accommodate up to six beach-loving guests.

The main living area of Mainsail 286 boasts tall vaulted ceilings and coastal vibes, featuring vibrant blues, white accents, and natural wood furnishings. A floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door and large window offer unparalleled views of the glittering coast and balcony access. An entire mirrored wall not only adds to the room’s spaciousness but also reflects the tremendous views, bringing the beach indoors with you. The living room includes a blue couch, matching loveseat, and plush accent pillows. A patterned rug and white drink table are placed in the center. The setup faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a wood console table. A casual dining table with four cushioned stools sits beside the window and sliding glass door. Additional dining space is located on the other side of the living area. The condo’s kitchen is open and bright, featuring sleek countertops, a bar with cushioned chairs, stainless steel appliances, white custom cabinetry, a gray-and-white tiled backsplash, and coastal décor.

Like the living area, the condo’s bedrooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable. The master suite features a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and access to the gulf-front balcony. It also has a private, en-suite bath with a white vanity and tub/shower combo. The guest suite gives off a laidback beach cottage vibe with a queen-size bed, honey-toned furnishings, a sunny window, and a TV. The guest room has access to a full hall bath that serves as a convenient powder room.

In addition to wonderful vacation accommodations, Mainsail guests have access to fantastic resort amenities. These include two incredible swimming pools within a tropical setting. The larger pool is located on the beachside of the complex, surrounded by a large sundeck. It includes both a hot tub and a small wading pool for children. The other pool is on the north side and has a BBQ grilling station for guest use. Other amenities include a video arcade room, onsite fitness center, four tennis courts, shuffleboard, a basketball court, and a kid’s playground. Mainsail is conveniently located in Miramar Beach near an abundance of amusements, such as the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. This way, when you’re not lounging at the beach or relaxing in your condo, you still have plenty of things to do to fill your vacation!
