Nice private property with room for kids to roam on a hilltop. Ample room for the 10 of us with a fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of seating in the great room and on the front patio. A little bit of a drive to downtown but drive was pretty and did not mind. Would recommend this property. Good host communication as well.

Loved the location! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house was great for the three couples. We all love to cook and the kitchen had everything one could possibly need.The only caveat was the cleanliness out side on both front and back patios. We ate outside most nights and we needed to scrub down tables and the concrete needed a power wash.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is very sweet. Older home and just would have liked it a bit cleaner in the bathrooms. A nice great room for visiting and lots of kitchenware. Suggesting the instructions be clearer on when utility services are available and what happens if you try to open door a minute before checkin.

Thanks for your feedback! We clean thoroughly for each guest arrival, but have given those bathrooms an extra scrub, based on your feedback. Thanks for your added input about our locks being programmed for check-in at 3:00 p.m. They are a bit finicky if accessed before 3:00 and we will try to make that more obvious for guests. We had an excellent vacation. Our Niece was getting married at the Cass Winery. Our 3 families stayed together in this beautiful, clean location. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and outside spaces were perfect for our family reunion. The scenery is wonderful, it makes you feel like your are viewing Italy with all of the vineyards and open space. Very wonderful experience, we would all love to come back soon.

It has great views and lots of outdoor space for kids to play. Finally it was centrally located between Paso Robles (Sensario lights)and Santa Margarita (Santa Margarita Ranch Christmas Event).

Lovely experience

The house was clean and spacious as advertised. We loved being able to spend time in the ample outdoor spaces, too! Only hiccup was that the access code didn't work when we arrived, but the property manager was available to help us sort that out over the phone quickly. Thankful for a great experience for this group of 9!

We were attending a wedding and reception at a winery just down the hill 3.5 miles. My only criticism would be, the master bedroom closet was locked so there was no place to hang clothes except the shower bar.

Spacious and Tranquil

The house was spacious inside and outside. Lots of areas inside and outside to gather and relax. Each bedroom had extra seating areas for relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Love all the lavender and rosemary, smells fantastic outside. Room for outside games but no grass. No broom or mop for cleaning up any messes! Overall a great relaxing vacation property.

Spacious comfort for our group retreat

This property stood out as perfect for accommodating our group of 7. Perfect meeting spaces in living room around TV used for presentations (using my own Chromecast), dining table, and kitchen counter. Sleeping arrangements were a sinch as were the bathrooms. Views and nearby countryside were perfect for opening our minds and for riding our bikes (we are all avid cyclists). There is already talk of a return trip!

Family girl's weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for my family of 9 ladies. Clean, comfortable, roomy. High on a hill with a great view.Neighbors dogs did visit every day, but they were friendly. Only glitch was a leaky shower fixture in master suite. Definitely not a deal breaker. Loved the place.

Tranquil Views

We visited this property with friends and our families. Overall, very happy with the property. The property was as described. Clean and plenty of amenities one would expect in a home. Plenty of towels, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and dishes. I love it when you go to a property and it’s meant to be a home and not some money machine. Would definitely go back here. It’s beautiful. The views are gorgeous and the patio area is very enjoyable. Loved it!

The rooms were large the beds were comfortable area was huge and can easily accommodate more than 10 people. We will definitely try to rent the same place again
