Ce condo est Ă  seulement trois minutes Ă  pied de la plage 1 de Kamaole oĂč vous pourrez faire de la plongĂ©e avec tuba, du boogie board, du paddle board ou tout simplement vous dĂ©tendre au soleil. A quelques pas de tous les restaurants et magasins.

Kihei Ali'i Kai dispose d'un parking gratuit, sauna, piscine, bain à remous, courts de tennis, barbecue pour tous les clients à utiliser. Ce logement comprend une connexion Wi-Fi, une télévision par cùble et un lecteur DVD. Notre unité est le C-302.

Le salon a une vue magnifique sur l'océan et les montagnes. Vous pouvez profiter de regarder les baleines juste à cÎté de votre véranda pendant la saison des baleines. Le salon est trÚs spacieux et dispose de nombreuses améliorations, y compris une télévision à écran plat, A / C, un canapé-lit et un systÚme de son pour regarder la télévision ou écouter de la musique.

Cuisine: La cuisine a tout ce que vous cherchez et puis certains. Il y a toutes les tailles de casseroles et poĂȘles, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une cafetiĂšre, des outils de barbecue et bien sĂ»r des tasses Ă  emporter Ă  la piscine pour dĂ©guster votre boisson prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e.

Chambre: La chambre a un nouveau lit queen size. Profitez d'une tasse de cafĂ© tout en regardant par la fenĂȘtre de votre chambre et profitez de la vue sur l'ocĂ©an.

Salle de bain: Cette salle de bain a été rénovée avec une douche à l'italienne, un comptoir en granit et du carrelage au sol.

Lovely ocean view

Super responsive host, spacious, lovely view, nice hot tub. Not a problem for us, but if you have any issue with stairs-this wouldn't be a great fit.thanks for a great stay!

Great place in the center of Kihei

This was a great place in the heart of Kihei. Excellent location near plenty of restaurants and a block from the beach. The unit had everything needed for a great stay. Would stay there again.

Amazing location

I love this location, it is so close to an amazing beach and the restaurants around this unit are great. There is such a great breeze throughout the unit, I didn't even have to use the ac. So close to many hikes if you are into that kind of thing. Very modern and updated unit, I will definitely be staying here whenever I stay in Kihei.

Great location

Wonderful mattress! Larger lanai than most condos AND a view of the ocean; very nice & relaxing. Lots of steps as the condo is built on a hill. Lovely pool area & very spacious w/ a nice barbecue area close by. Thank- u for a lovely time!

Fantastic stay for our little family

This place had everything we needed and is larger than the photos suggest - we stayed here comfortably with our almost two year old in a portable crib, which the host Janice graciously provided (along with a high chair). The living area was roomy enough for our toddler to run around in. Short walk to the beach and shops. The A/C in the living room plus the fans provided kept us comfortable in the 27 degree C weather. Would definitely return! thanks again Janice for being the most responsive and accommodating host :)

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to make coffee every day and there is a nice big refrigerator so we picked up some snacks and water from Foodland for the week. The kitchen was equipped very nicely and we appreciated the washer and dryer too. So close to the best beach! Walking there was no problem. Janice was easy to communicate with and reached out to make sure everything went well. It was a smooth and pleasant experience for us. It was our first trip to Maui and we loved Kihei. Really close to so many places and great food. Hope that we can visit again someday!

The perfect home away from home

My husband and I stayed 1 week at Janice's condo and were pleasantly surprised on the space, location, and overall amenities of the unit and the complex. The unit itself was much bigger than the pictures make it out to be, the view of the ocean from lanai are even nicer in person + hearing the tropical birds each morning was a nice add on. One added bonus was that it was dead silent at night as well which was nice. We were 2 minutes from Kam 2 beach (among all the other beaches being 5-15 minutes walk away), and it was nice to go out each night for sunset and only walk a few minutes (the beach chairs provided in the unit were an added bonus!). There were 3 great coffee places all within 2-10 minutes walk depending on the day and what we felt like getting and the ABC grocery / gas station which had everything you needed to get by affordably. Food truck alley was only 10 minutes walk away which provided some amazing dining options at a fraction of the price of local restaurants (and to be honest the food was way better than some of the places we ate at which were $50 USD / meal). Janice was so quick to respond to questions we had and was an amazing host. We're already thinking of our next trip back with our 2.5 year old daughter next time as it was just perfect for what we wanted!

Fantastic Condo in the heart of Kihei

This condo was perfect for our getaway to Maui! My partner and I stayed here for a week and the condo had everything we needed! Condo: The condo is more spacious than the pictures. The bed was super comfy and the building was very quiet at night, we slept great! The balcony was the reason we picked this condo, since it is big enough for a dining table for 4 as well as 2 full sized lounge chairs, it was so lovely to be able to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze on the balcony! The A/C worked well and we found we only needed it for a few hours in the late afternoon. The kitchen has everything you need and more. There are beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, floaties, and sand toys to borrow. The pool is large with soft water and lots of lounge chairs. Location: Very conveniently in the middle of Kihei. 100 steps to Kamaole Beach I. About 5 minutes walk to Kamaole Beach II and another 5 to Kamaole Beach III. Lots of shops, restaurants, and ice cream within a 5 minute walk, but it would be best to have a car to get to the larger grocery stores. Owner: Janice was very helpful and quick to respond! She clearly keeps the condo in excellent order, the info binder has lots of good details, and the arrival and departure process was very smooth! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation, we hope we can stay again!!

Cute Beach Oasis

Loved the central location. Lots of great eateries nearby. Only suggestion would be to add an additional air conditioning unit to the bedroom as it stays hot at night. Would stay here again!

Perfect Spot

This is the best location! From balcony you can see the ocean water, walking distance to beach, walking to food, and walking to things to do tour guides! Condo is nicely fully equipped with all beach toys, cooking utensils, and toiletries. The only thing I would suggest is a welcome folder of local hot spots to visit. The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Great location, clean, Janice was a great host. Was super nice to have the beach chairs and towels to use. As others have said, be prepared for some stairs to and from the condo, but otherwise perfect!

A lovely condo near to the beach

We are a family of three and had an amazing stay at the condo. The kitchen has all the amenities and the host also graciously provides you with almost any equipment for your beach visits that you might want to use. The communication with the host was also very clear and she messaged back really quickly. We would love to come back to the condo again.

Our stay in this condo was great. Check-in was easy, the whole place was clean, and most of all, Janice was super responsive and took great care of us the entire time. The real measure of a rental condo is whether we’d want to stay here again for a future trip and the answer for us is absolutely!
