Vues sur l'océan du parc Kamaole Beach depuis cette véranda spacieuse! Parfait pour votre café du matin et le journal ou un relaxant l'aprÚs-midi en regardant le coucher du soleil. TrÚs bien situé dans le "Super Block" de Kihei, à proximité des commerces, des restaurants et du Kamaole Beach Park One. L'emplacement du troisiÚme étage est facilement accessible par ascenseur ou escaliers pour quelques étapes rapides vers la plage, la piscine, les courts de tennis, le barbecue ou le jacuzzi. La cuisine entiÚrement équipée et la grande télévision à écran LCD 52 "avec barre de son apportent tout le confort de la maison.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and my goodness it was perfect. I have rented several other places in Kihei and this was top-notch, 10/10, THE BEST! So clean, QUICK communication from the property manager, just overall an easy and super convenient stay. We love A302!!

Awesome condo

The condo overall was awesome. The bed is a king size not a queen which is awesome and some of the closest doors could use some repairs other than that you can't beat this vacation home for location and quietness.

Nice Condo

Great location and view but given the location near a retail area it is a bit noisy. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Kitchen well equipped. Bedding could be upgraded. Hide a bed ok but typical hide a bed mattress.

Our KAK stay

We enjoyed our stay at KAK and plan on returning. The condo was very clean, with all the amenities needed for an awesome vacation. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots pans, etc. to make for an enjoyable stay. The only two things I would recommend are adding a small cooler/cooler bag and a fourth beach chair, as we had four people in our group. There was a large beach umbrella that we appreciated immensely. We hope to return, very soon!

Little piece of paradise!

This vacation spot was in a perfect location will lovely ocean views. Every detail was perfect for my stay--plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and enjoying meals on the lanai with epic views. Comfortable space with clean and tidy amenities. Walking distance to the beach for perfect sunsets, relaxing on the beach, and snorkeling. Try the snowcones at Beach Street nearby:) I will certainly book again for my next Maui adventure! Mahalo

The location was awesome for restaurants, nice walking routes, quiet area, shopping and most importantly beach area was close. Condo was clean. Bath and shower was dated but in good working condition. Lots of space in bedroom closet but was filled with supplies used for recent new furnishings. Sofa and chair showing it’s age. Lastly the check out time is too early. Should be later than 10 am.

Great location

We liked the condo and the area. The condo had everything we needed and the layout was just right for two people. There was plenty of storage space and we were happy to find beach equipment, however the beach chairs have seen their better days. The kitchen was well equipped and even a few spices in the cupboard. There were plenty of towels and sheets and it was great to have our own washer and dryer. The negative things we could say are that it needs some upgrading especially the bathroom and the kitchen cupboards, appliances and closet doors. The patio furniture appears to have been there for a very long time, could use some new furniture. Everything worked but seriously needs replacing. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The Carpet on the lanai keep blowing up! I think the unit could use updating with new Kitchen essentials. Also I think it would be nice if the unit supplied beach supplies, for instance a cooler beach chairs umbrella and clean snorkel equipment. We love the location. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Very spacious unit for a one bedroom. Bella reality company is very helpful.

Extraordinaire séjour au Kihei Alii Kai A302

Nous avons tout aimĂ© de notre appartement. Sa location Ă©tait parfaite, Ă  2 minutes de marche de la plage Kamaole 1 et Ă  proximitĂ© de restaurants, epicerie, liqor store. Nous avons fait pu profiter de la plage pour relaxer, se baigner, mais aussi nager avec les tortues prĂ©sentes en grand nombre Ă  cette plage, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'appartement. L'entrĂ©e autonome fut parfaite et nous avions toutes les indications nĂ©cessaires. Toutefois, la piscine n'etait pas accessible pour les 5 premiers jours de notre sĂ©jour, sans avis, ce qui nous a beaucoup déçu. Il s'agit du seul point nĂ©gatif. Le balcon est grand avec une vue partielle de l'ocĂ©an trĂšs agrĂ©able pour prendre les repas ou juste relaxer. Le logement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre sĂ©jour, cuisiner et mĂȘme plus (chaises de plage, boggie board, parasole). Nous recommandons vivement et y reviendrons assurĂ©ment!
