Knutson & Associates Property Management est fier de représenter récemment cette magnifique maison de ville de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 6 personnes!
Vous avez un groupe plus important? Nous gérons la maison en rangée de 3 chambres juste à côté! Le lotissement # 36 est également disponible dans notre inventaire !!!

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club, le lotissement # 37 dispose de 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain. Au niveau inférieur, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon et une véranda privée.
Il y a une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne au niveau principal. À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez 2 autres chambres de maître avec un lit king-size et la 2e chambre avec un lit queen-size. La salle de bain principale possède un ensemble baignoire / douche avec une vanité séparée pour permettre aux gens de se préparer plus facilement le matin.

Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club est une communauté fermée de condominiums. Il y a trois courts de tennis de style professionnel avec éclairage de nuit; un professionnel du tennis est pr��sent tous les jours pour des cours ou un coaching pour améliorer le jeu.

La grande piscine récemment rénovée est idéale pour les tours et les activités nautiques pour les petits enfants. Des séances d'exercices en piscine sont proposées chaque matin. Les douches et les toilettes sont idéalement situées dans le grand pavillon près de la piscine et des courts de tennis.

Les nombreux sites archéologiques sont l’une des caractéristiques les plus intéressantes du club de surf et de raquette de Keauhou. Ces zones préservées donnent un aperçu de la vie hawaïenne il y a des années. Chaque site contient une description des activités qui ont eu lieu il y a des années.

Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club possède de nombreux jardins et sentiers de randonnée. Les fleurs et le feuillage tropical sont abondants. Il y a plusieurs zones de barbecue en plein air pour les clients à utiliser.

La Big Island est également connue comme la capitale du golf d’Hawaï avec 16 terrains, dont 11 situ��s à West Hawaii.

Great stay

Enjoyed 10 days with my myself at 5 other's. Great location and almost everything you would need for a vacation away! Pool and amenities are ready for you! Cleanliness was what you would expect for a quick turn over vrbo. Would stay here again! Hawaii is the best!

Great stay, great location

This was a very clean condo, easy check in and check out instructions. Great location to the best snorkeling in the big island... And awesome place to sit at the ocean and watch the sunset and whales.... Was a good fit for 5 adults.... Will stay again.

Location, pool, property grounds, and communication with management were good. The unit would be great if it was deep cleaned. The shower curtain upstairs and down stairs bathroom had some mold and kitchen cabinets were sticky. Upstairs bathroom needs a fan to vent. Couches were not comfortable to sit on.

Wonderful place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was super clean, very roomy, and had great amenities. We didn't utilize a lot of the amenities due to our short stay, but we checked everything out with a quick buzz around the property. The location on the island was great because we were close to a lot of things, but it very quiet and secluded. Thr communication by text for any questions we had was always quickly answered and very informative. Very nice place to stay! We highly recommend it!!

Awesome location and great pool

Sometimes these types of places have a pool that is a joke. This one is legit! The facility itself was absolutely gorgeous, a four minute walk from the shore. The townhouse we stayed and was very comfortable, and each room had its own air conditioner so that we could use to make it as cool as we liked. Of course, due to the location, there was some road noise, so bring earplugs. It’s such a great spot to be in at the end of Ali’i Drive!! The one and only thing I can suggest they invest in is good hooks to hang towels on for drying. I thought it was a little bit strange that there were no bathroom hooks.

Needs to be kept up

It was very clean and was in a great location. It does need some upkeep. Fitted sheets came off the bed each night do to being old and baggy, towels and sheets need to be replace due to being a dingy worn white. Fridge light was broken and kept food luke warm or frozen. There were very basic supplies. Be prepared to buy toilet paper, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and kleenx. Other little things around the place that needed attention too. Closets and door not latching/closing. This made the price we paid for the rental seem too high. But it was very clean , which is important!!

Great location

When we arrived at the property, we noticed the whole house wasn’t very clean. There was hair all over the downstairs bathroom and dirt all over the bottom of the shower. The downstairs bathroom drain was not draining. We had to clean it and we removed large chunks of hair the towel rack in the downstairs bathroom was hanging off the wall. The downstairs bathroom, a horrible loud ringing noise on and off during our entire stay the washer did not work. It made a loud banging noise as if it was going to go through the wall we contacted management. They had a new washer within two days and provided us new towels as we notified them. We were running out of towels , they were very good about that. The location was great. The house could be very cute if it was updated. The couches are very uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom had a TV but no remote and the downstairs living room. The TV is very small.
