It was nice. Beautiful view. Some repairs needed to be done or finished but otherwise it was nice.

We wish we could have earned all 5 of your stars since it sounds like you all had a wonderful time! The owners just did some light remodeling and even replaced the TVs and some furniture. We aren't sure what repairs you are referring to but we would have been happy to fix anything that broke.

Peaceful condo on the Harbor.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loved staying for a month during the summer. The view of the harbor was spectacular. We sat on the large patio every day watching the boats go by. The condo was clean and furniture in great condition. The amenities were remarkable. We frequently used both gyms and enjoyed pool side service at the marina club. There are boardwalks throughout the entire neighborhood in which our kids especially enjoyed exploring. The closest boardwalk goes right out to the harbor which we frequented and fished off of. We used the golf course and the beach club as well. Our only two concerns: when booking - the location of the condo address shows its in a different neighborhood (across the street in the Links) which has an indoor pool so we were disappointed we didnt have access to it. The customer service by the receptionist at the rental office was subpar. She was not friendly at all and actually told me I needed to wait 4 hours until I could obtain the keys when my rental had commenced two days earlier. I was also advised there would exterior painting and so areas of the parking lot would need to be clear according to the schedule so when I asked her what building we were in (because it doesnt correspond to the address) her response was ‘im not the rental department.’ It was not a pleasant start to our vacation. When dropping off keys I again encountered her and her attitude was the exact same. Unpleasant and serious lacking in customer service.

Port Orange Condo

This property was a good place for 2 friends to stay. With a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area, there was plenty of privacy. The balcony overlooking the mangroves and the intracoastal waterway was where I spent most of my time there.

Good development - Poor unit

Harbor Village in Ponce Inlet is very nice and well maintained. However the unit itself is not. The master bedroom mattress is terrible and the televisions, well, I didn't know they made ones that small. If you like watching TV on your laptop, you're OK. It is ridiculous for a luxury rental, so to speak. The carpet was dirty and doors to patio either so rusted or dirty were very difficult to open. It could have been very nice with a little maintenance and a small investment in furnishings, but as it was, I bought an air mattress and TV and gave the TV to family when I left. This is my first experience with VRBO. I had other plans for the first week instead of doing the job of property management. Next time I'll probably stay in a hotel.

This being your first VRBO experience, you may have not had accurate expectations. We strive to keep current and accurate photos of every unit to give guests accurate expectations as our units range from truly luxury to more economic so there's something for every traveler. This is a nice unit and all the furnishings and television (24") are accurately portrayed in the photos. We haven't had concerns from other guests staying both right before and right after you. With all that being said, you can always report maintenance concerns like you mentioned with the locks to us and we would have taken care of it immediately. After reading your review we've ordered a new lock for the door but it was working fine. With beach-side properties you'll always have some rust on any metal fixtures from the salt air, even hotels, but once they start corroding we replace them.

A Quite Vacation Place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo in in a gated community located on the inter coastal waterway. It is quite if you just want to relax. However, if you want to participate in activities they have a pool, games room, nine hole golf course and it is within easy walking distance to the beach. The condo is a two bedroom ideal for two people. It has all the amenities of home. It is and nice vacation apt the is reasonably priced
