This lovely property was as described on the website. The location with beautiful views was fabulous as we did not need to use the car all week. The apartment had everything you needed eg kitchen equipment, two modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water(excellent water pressure)wi fi and tv’s. The outside space was a bonus plenty of chairs with tables, sun loungers and a built in barbecue. We really appreciated the welcome pack lovely bread, scones cream jam, milk teabags coffee and fresh orange juice. Whatever the weather you would be very comfortable in this apartment exploring the outstanding area.

Easter at Rosalie

Rosalie is a lovely Appartment, a comfortable and cosy space. Outdoor areas are a real bonus, with nice sitting areas all secure and dog proof. Good parking. Close to shops and beach and also just up the road is the donkey trail up to Mortehoe. The children really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and spent many happy hours surfing. Fantastic welcome pack.

Perfect location, there is plenty of outside space with a little garden with views across to Lundy. It’s our go to when we visit woolacombe and we are yet to be disappointed.

A wonderful week at Rosalie

Great location, wonderful outside space options with a fantastic view. Very practical apartment that catered to all our needs and the outside shower room is a great added bonus. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning.

Great stay

Had a great holiday, woolacombe is a fantastic place. Rosalie has everything you need, it’s comfortable in a fabulous location, if like us you have a four legged companion it’s perfect and having a garden is such a bonus. Holiday home hunter were great as usual, Maddy is great!

Perfect Location

We’ve stayed in a few apartments in woolacombe and by far this was the best for comfort and location, if we go back I’ll definitely be booking the same place. You have neighbours above and below and they were really friendly. It’s a 2 minute walk into the village but is also private. We’ve already recommended this place to a few friends.

Aaaand relax!!!

Nice little place in a great location. Areas of the garden have lovely views to enjoy mealtimes and early mornings with a cuppa.. really nice not having to drive or pay parking for once as the accommodation is just a short walk to the beach and all the bars, restaurants and all important pasty shop.

Lovely stay at Rosalie

Easy to book and HHH contacted us at every step along the way to ensure our stay went smoothly. All information provided. The accommodation was perfect for us, dog friendly and secure with fantastic views across the bay. Quick access to the village shops & beach. The surfers separate room with shower and storage was a bonus. Would definitely book with HHH again.

A great location and apartment

Stayed in Rosalie for a week in October. The flat is well equipped, the beds and furniture were comfortable and we slept well. A nice welcome hamper was waiting on our arrival and HHH kept us up to date with a local traffic issue on our arrival day. I would recommend this flat for anyone wanting easy access to the beach and local shops/bars as it is in a great location with plenty of parking.

An amazing place

This was the 2nd visit & again we were left amazed with our stay. The location overlooking the beach takes your breath away & to have a choice of places to view it is fantastic. The property offers all you could ask for in a vacation with its homely feel & everything has been thought of. We will return as we love the area & we wouldn’t consider looking for another place. The welcome pack after a long drive is great as you can sit down, have a hot drink & then head off to the shops. Thank you again & see you again soon

Another perfect Woolacombe stay

We stayed in Rosalie many times when our girls were younger but then moved onto some of the larger accommodations when we wanted more space. This was our first time back in Rosalie for about 8 years and it was just as fabulous as we remembered! It has been really well cared for and had everything we needed. Outdoor space is great and perfect for dogs. If you’re there in the summer make sure and visit Barricane Beach for the evening curry.

Location location

Rosalie is in a great spot just a stroll to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The property was very clean and well equipped. This is the second time at Rosalie and I'm sure it won't be the last. Great sea views and garden space.. very doggy friendly. So close to the beach you can leave your car parked up for the holidays and avoid the beachfront parking fees !

Week break

We had a fantastic break in a very relaxing property overlooking the beautiful beach from our holiday location in 3 different areas. A lovely welcome pack was there to welcome us which was a lovely unexpected surprise. All the towels, bed linen was of very good quality & the sofas were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back

Lovely stay

Just returned from a great week in a surprisingly sunny Woolacombe. Rosalie is well equipped and very comfortable. Very convenient location, close to the village and beach. The only thing I would draw attention to is that Rosalie is down a fairly steep set of steps. We are very mobile but had to take care on the steps so perhaps not ideal for small children or people with mobility issues.

Early summer break

Rosalie is a comfy cosy quiet apartment in a fantastic position, with private parking and three terraces with amazing sea views all getting the sun (when it’s out) makes this apartment a great place to stay in Woolacombe. Thanks for the lovely welcome hamper, with lots of sweet treats to keep us going for a few days.

Lovely stay

Not the first time in Woolacombe, but the first time with Holiday Home Hunter and first in Rosalie. Easy booking and communication. Great accommodation in a fabulous location, everything we needed for a week's stay, very comfy bed. We made the most of the very nice outside areas because of the unexpectedly good weather and all fully enclosed for our pooch. If I had one criticism, and it's very minor, the steps down to the front door under the neighbours bridged entrance, needed a good clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, Lovely accommodation

Great location, easy walking distance to Woolacombe Beach. Accommodation is excellent, kitchen/dining/lounge areas are well equipped, clean and of a high standard. Welcome pack was lovely - especially Apple & Cinnamon cake. The double bedroom is great, twin room is good, not much storage space but plenty in the double room. Steps down to front door just to be aware of if anyone has mobility issues. Shower room for surfers/coming from the beach to wash sand off is a bonus and parking space for two cars was ideal for us.
