This is a great location, a 3 minute walk to the beach. Cute bungalow, very clean! Neighborhood was very quiet. Took 1 star off because the faucets in the front bathroom were opposite of what they should be and the water wasn't very hot. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The villa was so well stocked with dishes, utensils, paper towels, TP, dish soap, etc. I usually bring these items and didn't need to. very clean and walk to the beach was very close, just at the end of the road. Pool is nice - each unit has lounge chairs outside their door to enjoy.

Nice get away

Great Place and Location

Awesome condo with the perfect amount of space, really close to the beach and all the restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood and the pool was great. Need to provide beach chairs for guests, camping chairs are no good for days on the beach.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

My husband, myself and two kids stayed here over a long weekend. The property was just as described and was stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was manageable and we were able to walk back and forth throughout our beach day. Short drive to siesta village and great restaurants near by that were walkable. We would highly recommend this villa. Thank you for the perfect weekend getaway.

Location is perfect

Location is perfect! Floor-plan is very comfortable and easy for a family of 3. If you have back problems the beds may not be the best fit. Bring linens, pillows and towels as the unit has old and cheap linens and pillows.

We had an overall amazing stay! Our only complaint was that the airflow in the master bathroom and bedroom was not great. However, the living room and other bedroom had great AC. Aside from that, you cannot beat the location of this place. We loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was stocked with plenty of towels and beach chairs. We would love to return to this location!

One week in the sun!

This was the perfect place for our family with 2 adults, one 3 year old and a 3 month infant. The pool was just 5 steps outside our door and so clean and welcoming. And our living space was comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. The beach is 2 blocks away and a beautiful walk. David, the host, is there if needed. Safe travels.

Our beach getaway

We absolutely loved our stay on this beautiful property! We were literally a 2 min walk from beach access. The sands were white and the water was clear and warm! Lots of seashells to collect too! My kids loved that. The property was just as pictured. Plenty of room for our family of 5, clean, beach themed. The kitchen was very nice, spacious and had everything we’d need. The pool area was lovely we spent our mornings by the pool every day while there. It was my 8 and 2 year olds favorite spot. You can not go wrong booking this property! We will definitely come back again! Thank you so much!

Great Stay

We stayed for 2 nights in mid-Jan ’24. Property as described, no issues, and owners were always quick to respond. The 65” TV was outstanding, and we appreciated the full size kitchen w/dishwasher and enough countertop and dining table space. Location is wonderful for a quick 5 minute walk to Crescent Beach. We quickly found public beach access next to “That’s Quite A Palace.” Lastly, the property location allows convenient access to get on and off the island for other activities or to visit the Publix grocery store. If you like miniature golf, we very much enjoyed playing at Smuggler’s Cove. You can feed baby gators there too. Something you don’t get to do every day . . .

Great Escape

My wife and I stayed for the month of February from Massachusetts. Location was phenomenal, apartment was good sized, couches a bit outdated and chairs were too low for the dining table. Good amount of kitchen ware and appliances . Awesome beach and sunset right around the corner . Short walk to restaurants and music, short bike rides to village and Turtle Beach. David and Gina were great hosts. Having a pool there was very convenient and it was always clean. Really only downside though was a charcoal grille on the premises. Really could use any gas grille.

Awesome place close to the beach.

Loved the beach house and the quietness of the property. The pool looked great, just wish that it would have been warm enough to use it. It was a short walk to the beach and was not far from downtown Siesta Key activities, food, drinks, and nightlife.

Noisy as could be!

The owner decided to have all his trees trimmed Tuesday all day instead of waiting til Thursday am when we were leaving early. If the trimming machine wasn’t going (we’re talking hours), he and the trimmer were yelling back and forth or hanging out on our patio and talking (loudly) back and forth. If you’ll like us and like afternoon naps when on vacation, forget it. I wouldn’t stay there again

Very nice and clean.

It was very nice. The only thing that surprised us was there weren't any ceiling fans in the bedroom. The AC was quite adequate though. Nothing is 100% perfect though. We will stay again.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Quick walk to the beach and easy communication with the owner. The laundry area could use some cleaning( shared between all units) so this could have been why. Overall it was wonderful.
