Soyez sur la plage et en face de Sniki Tiki et Captain Curts!

Nous sommes juste sur la plage! L'emplacement est imbattable! Nous sommes Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons du pont sud (Stickney Point Bridge). La commoditĂ© est la clĂ© des vacances. Vous pouvez aller Ă  pied Ă  l'Ă©picerie, aux restaurants, magasins, locations, glaces et bien plus encore. Le trafic peut ĂȘtre encombrĂ© sur Siesta Key, mais Ă  cet endroit, vous ne serez pas au milieu de la congestion ... vous pouvez conduire sur et en dehors de la clĂ© avec facilitĂ©. Saviez-vous que Siesta Key a Ă©galement un chariot gratuit appelĂ© The Breeze et vous pouvez simplement le faire signe devant notre bĂątiment et l'emmener n'importe oĂč sur la clĂ© ... gratuitement !!

Cette unité est au dernier étage, unité 504. Un espace de stationnement réservé pour cette unité se trouve sous le bùtiment, trÚs prÚs de l'un des deux ascenseurs. Votre voiture sera toujours cool et confortable.

Le condo a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée: réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle, éviers double profondeur, évacuation, laveuse et sécheuse. WIFI GRATUIT.

Draps, serviettes et serviettes de plage sont généreusement fournis. Les produits en papier, les savons pour lave-vaisselle, les savons en barre, les savons pour les mains et les produits de nettoyage sont tous dans le condo et vous vous sentirez comme chez vous.

Le complexe de House of the Sun propose des chaises longues sur notre section de la plage. Il y a une grande baignoire de jouets de plage et des nouilles à la piscine, donc si vous descendez avec des enfants, n'achetez pas de jouets de plage avant d'avoir vérifié le grand assortiment qui a été laissé par les familles précédentes. Je fournis des parasols.
Détendez-vous au bord de notre piscine chauffée, jouez au tennis, aux jeux vidéo, au ping-pong et au air-hockey et soyez sur la plage. House of the Sun a tout pour plaire.

Les clients de House of the Sun aiment apporter leurs cocktails et collations en soirée au FIFTH FLOOR DECK. L'atmosphÚre est amusante et décontractée et des amitiés ont été nouées à partir de cette grande terrasse au cinquiÚme étage avec de belles vues panoramiques sur notre plage avec son magnifique sable blanc. Donna was wonderful to rent from- she provided a detailed list of suggestions of things to do inf the area. Donna also provided a detailed set of instructions so that we knew what to expect upon arrival.The condo was clean and a very comfortable space. The complex was amazing, the beach was beautiful! The first day we carried our beach chairs up to put them away when we finished using them. The attendant quickly and kindly approached us to remind us that we were on vacation and he would get the chairs for us, that we should spend our time relaxing and enjoying ourselves. This was a 5 star vacation!

Our trip was amazing. The condo was perfect. Its spacious, clean, perfect location, well stocked & comfortable. Donna, the host, was wonderful. She covered everything. We had a great stay at House of the Sun. The property is older.and getting a hallway/elevator overhaul, but that didn't interfere with our stay. The elevator. lisest to our unit was bot working and that was a pretty big inconvenience, but we made due. We didn't take off stars for the elevator because there was a second one. The broken one is getting upgraded sometime soon a maintenance guy told us.The room was a pleasant surprise to the hallway (which is getting new flooring/upgrade). Condo was very comfortable, spacious and well accommodated. Had everything we needed and more.Property was very convenient to restaurants/shops and the beach is right there. Its also so easy to jump in car to run to Publix which is just over a mile away.

So convenient to the pool and the beach. Can’t beat sunset happy hour on the terrace

The one disturbing aspect was the loud music from the bar across the street. It went on until midnight- 1am. Sitting on the deck or in the second bedroom it was the worse. It started around 3-4 every afternoon. The only other issue we had was the tv in the second bedroom had very poor quality and shouldn’t have been listed as functional. Overall our stay was as communicated. The Apt was immaculate and very comfortable

Winter Getaway

Had a great winter escape to the white sands of Siesta Key. Beautiful condo with easy access to shops, restaurants and night life. Incredible staff and impressive clean, safe, property!

Nice and clean/bar across the street is LOUD

Donna provided detailed instructions for check-in, which went smooth. The condo was clean and provided all the essentials that we would initially need (there is a grocery store across the street for other supplies). We took advantage of the beach chairs she provided and appreciated the beach towels. The location is perfect but be aware, the bar music across the street gets EXTREMELY loud in the evenings and can be heard inside the condo. It's even more annoying when sitting outside on the patio-not a deal breaker but something to note. It's obvious Donna cares about her condo, which we appreciated and reciprocated. We'll be coming back for sure! Thank you.

35th anniversary stay

Wonderful place to stay. Super clean & close to alot of things.Trolley stop out front to take you to "The Village" which is 2-3 miles away & has lots of little shops & eating places. Condo on beach side of street. Unit had things like fans(i sleep with fan noise), blow dryers etc. Great host!

Perfect Location

This was our first time on Siesta Key and couldn't have found a better location. The beach was phenomenal, soft, cool sand, shallow calm waters and easy access. We loved having beach chairs set up for us each day. There were multiple restaurants right across the street to choose from and easy access to the free trolley to bring us to the Village. We were worried the loud music from the restaurants would be an issue - but it really wasn't! We enjoyed hearing it at night on the patio, but as soon as we closed the patio doors we couldn't hear it inside! We were thrilled. The condo itself had everything we needed, including reserved parking! It was clean and well cared for. My only suggestion would be new mattresses and pillows. We like a firm mattress, but this was exceptionally hard. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The property was great and we did not have any issues. It was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need. Great location on the beach and has everything you would need within walking distance. The 5th floor deck was a very nice place to watch the sunsets. We will definitely stay here our next trip to the Key.,

Perfect Spot

This condo had everything you could possibly need. Nice short trip to get on the beach and chairs were already set up when you got there. Just need to get there early to claim a chair close to the water. The beach sand was soft and the water was crystal clear. Point of Rocks was a short walk away for some great snorkeling. Also just a short drive to visit Venice Beach, Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island. Lots of local restaurants & bars close by. Had a blast!!

AMAZING!

Felt like home - convenient to the beach and the views of the sunsets were spectacular!! Condo was spacious and well stocked - Donna was a dream to work with. Convenient to all restaurants and shops - loved every second of being there!

Overwhelmingly Impressed!

Our stay in Donna’s unit was a joy. The condo had anything and everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The unit is conveniently located to the beach, small retail shops, and minutes away from Siesta Key Village. We were equally impressed with the security of the House of the Sun building and felt very safe. Donna made the reservation process seamless and provides her guests with a wonderful informational packet on Siesta Key highlights and condo rules. It was our first visit to the area and we will definitely return and hopefully stay at Donna’s beautiful home away from home!

GreatcSpring Break

First time coming to Siesta. The condo was great and close to everything! All amenities you could think of were provided. The pool was nice and the access to private beach area was perfect. We walked to dinner almost every night or took the trolley to the village. The boys definitely had a great time as well being so close to everything.

Siesta Key has been my home away from Ohio for over 25 years. About 14 years ago we purchased our first condo on Siesta and to date, we have 3 condos that we offer. We have two 2-bedroom units at House of the Sun and a 3 bedroom condo at The Anchorage. They are all within close proximity to each other and located at the very popular south bridge with shops, restaurants, bars, grocery all within walking distance. Dave and I are on Siesta Key from January to the end of April every year and then back again for October and November. You will find Siesta Key information and updates on my Siesta Key Facebook Page with regard to happenings on the key. For those of you who are coming down for just a few days and do not want to rent a car, Siesta Key has a Free Trolley Service called Breeze Trolley, and the Trolley runs 7 days a week taking travellers from one end of Siesta Key to the other. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I own two condos at House of the Sun because it is well run, the owners take the time to know one-another, and has a friendly atmosphere. The fourth and fifth floor decks are something that very few complexes have on the key. Being able to walk across the street for cocktails at Sniki Tiki, or Captain Curts famous Clam Chowder, or dinner at Claytons or Miguels, or just running across the street to the Crescent Market for some cream for coffee in the morning, make this location so worth-while. Another big plus is that we do not have to deal with the slow-moving traffic to get on and off of the key. So, the long and short end of this story is, GREAT COMPLEX, GREAT LOCATION, ON THE BEACH, EASE TO GET ON AND OFF OF THE KEY.
