Amazing views of the Solent, situated in the heart of Cowes Old Town.

All 6 beds are of a similar size and are all located on the second (lower) floor of this top floor maisonette (walk up) in this prominent building in the centre of Cowes Old Town. Several of the bedrooms have sea views. There are 4 double bedrooms (2 with en suite facilities) and 2 x twin rooms + 2 further bathrooms and although it can accommodate more our preference is for a maximum of 8 guests. There is an open plan kitchen/reception room and balcony over looking the Solent on the top floor. Numerous restaurants, shops and the beach are all within a short walk. and it is a 5 minute walk from the Red Jet Ferry Terminal (25 minutes journey from Southampton on foot).

Great base in Cowes

Stayed in the heart of Cowes at Sam and Mike’s place with our group of 5. This was an ideal place for us with plenty of space, 4 bathrooms and a lovely lounge/kitchen area. Can thoroughly recommend it for families or friends wanting to be based in the heart of Cowes near all the action.

A wonderful stay at this fantastic apartment!

We stayed here as a party of 6 for the Isle of Wight Festival and it was the perfect base! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and the view from the top floor across the Solent was a great way to start the day. Sam was really helpful and friendly, allowing us to check in early and helping us to park both of our cars for the duration of our stay, The location was perfect in the bustling town of Cowes, which has a fantastic array of restaurants and bars for pre-festival food and drink.

Comfortable accommodation in a great location

Property is situated in a great location very close to the pubs, restaurants and shops of West Cowes. Great to have multiple rooms and bed combinations for a group of friends. Living space / Kitchen area is on the small side, especially for the number of guests, but the lounge is comfortable & the balcony view across the Solent is to die for. Many thanks.

Great apartment

A short trip with the family, 3 generations. The apartment is in a great location and everything was as described with plenty of room. A few flights of stairs to get up there but well worth the view when you do!

Weekend visit

The flat is lovely and spacious and had everything we needed for a short break. We loved watching the boats from the balcony . Its central position in Cowes is ideal .
