Kamaole Sands est la première propriété de South Kihei. Kamaole Sands est situé en face de Kamaole Beach III. Observation des baleines, baignade, tuba, promenade miles sur la plage et regarder les couchers de soleil les plus incroyables imaginables. Il y a 15 acres d'aménagements paysagers tropicaux luxuriants, de paysages d'eau et de fontaines. En outre, il y a une grande piscine, deux bains à remous, une piscine pour enfants, 10 aires de barbecue et des courts de tennis. Kamaole Sands bénéficie d'un emplacement central et se trouve à distance de marche des magasins, des restaurants et des activités. Il est également à quelques minutes des parcours de golf de Wailea et Makena.
Les réservations le jour même (l’arrivée est dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nécessitent un appel téléphonique à Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
Unité # 7-408 est une belle 2 chambres, 2 unités de bain au 4ème étage avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, 3 télévisions à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, Internet sans fil gratuit et téléphone. Air conditionné dans le salon et la chambre principale et ventilateurs de plafond partout. Dans la chambre principale, il y a un lit queen, un ventilateur de plafond, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain complète. La chambre 2 dispose d'un lit king, d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bains principale et la salle de bains 2 ont une douche seulement. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Pour le plaisir en plein air, l'unité # 7-408 est équipée de chaises de plage et de serviettes de plage. Vue sur le jardin tropical avec une vue sur l'océan peekaboo de la véranda. Remarque: Un dépôt de garantie remboursable de 300 $ est requis pour cette unité. Cette unité peut accueillir 6 personnes.

Family Vacation

Our location was great for ease of getting to multiple places on Maui as well as walking across the street to the beach or up the street to many restaurants and shave ice shops! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location and accommodation. Unit had everything we needed and more. Very well stocked and clean. Suite even had baby supplies( booster seat and crib) if needed!

Great place, nice location, great pool, quiet after hours.

Great place would stay again. Only complaint I had was with the the property manager. They appear to landscape from 8:00am - 5:00pm daily. The constant whine of the blowers was annoying, but it was Maui - We survived.

Great location

A couple of hiccups but all managed very professionally. Great accommodation though the facilities are a little dated. Didn’t impact us at all given we were there for the beach. Will be back again

Clean unit and great location

Clean, great location near Kam 3, top floor unit with spiral staircase and vaulted ceilings that made it feel larger and allowed more light. Beach chairs and boogie boards well-used but meant we didn’t have to buy or rent anything. Would stay again. Check in at main office took a while, but that’s the association and not the unit owners.

Excellent location by Kamaole Beach III

I had a lovely stay at the Kamaole Sands condo with my husband, 18 month old and parents (4 adults, 1 infant). The unit was very well stocked for a young family (beach toys, umbrella, wagon, booster chairs, travel crib, snorkeling gear and more). Great view of the property gardens and we could see the ocean from the lanai. The beds are quite soft but comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with various pots/pans and utensils. We loved using the communal BBQs. The walk to Kamaole Beach Park III was less than 5 mins. The unit was comfortable, but could have been cleaner.

Great Holiday

Overall we had a great stay in this unit at Kamaole Sands. The location to the beaches was so handy. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the sand toys, umbrella (it broke on the second day, I messaged the property managers and they delivered a new one that afternoon), beach chairs, wagon and boogie board.The Kitchen & bathrooms need a deep clean, but it affect our stay too much. The King size bed in the master was not great to start with but was replaced on our last day there, so it will be a good bed going forward.Overall I would highly recommend this condo

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay. Unit was very clean and provided all the amenities needed. We did have an issue with the upstairs sink not draining. The property manager did send someone out quickly, but the handyman did not successfully unclog sink. Just a small inconvenience. Overall, very happy with unit.
